If you have seatbelts that no longer have the ability to wind back up, you may need to replace your seatbelt assembly. I purchased mine on eBay for for a little over $100 and replaced it myself. Enjoy!
Bob, I need your advice. I just bought a new 2023 GX straight from a dealership in NY. I took it home, wash it and discovered that both of the front signal lights housing are kind of loose and jiggle a bit. Could you please test on your vehicle to see if they do the same thing. I bought this vehicle because I have been watching your videos and the Car Care Nut Channel. Is this normal or they are defective? What would you do? Would you put some clear silicone to stop the shaking? Thank you very much for your assistance in this matter. Van
I wouldn’t say mine are loose but they slightly jiggle. It’s held on by 2 screws so I’m not going to write to corporate and sue them using the lemon law. If it’s loose loose then I’d just go behind the lights and tighten the screws using my video on oem foglight install.

a couple of companies reached out to me for sponsorship but i declined because they weren't able to solve the "open door engine shuts off" issue. They said its part of Lexus design and i wasn't buying it. I wanted to test it out by taking the aftermarket system apart to see if i could rewire it but their unit was a plug and play and wouldn't allow it.
@GXBOB think it's a safety for theft maybe, idk, wondering if sensor for door light connected to starter relay. I'm sure it can be bypassed...anyways... . But I called lexus for my 18 gx , no joy, not offered. So I have to get a system aftermarket.
