    Beth I love this workout and the Bosu Pilates workout as well! Would love to see more Bosu workouts, intermediate and advanced would be awesome!

      The bosu is such a fun addition! We just hung ours up and it's been calling my name, so we plan to have more classes available in the future with it!

    What a blessing this video is. I'm a fitness instructor with hip arthritis and this stretch routine is soooo good I do it now after every workout and with clients. Thank you and keep doing what you're doing!
