These exercises are excellent for ADHD. I’ve gotten in a daily habit, and I definitely feel the cognitive benefits. The theory is that balance work fires up the areas of ours brains that need it. Love this series. ❤
This was great! Balance is my weakness but I believe that I can improve, in spite of my age, and I saw a big difference from the beginning to the end. I also twisted my ankle, and I never even went to the hospital. I’m sure that hasn’t helped. Thank you ❤
Candace, thank you, this is just what I've been looking for! Two years ago and I broke both of my ankles skiing, then five months later I had my left knee replaced and the right one 90 days later...and I was 74 at the time. I've completely recovered but my balance isn't great. As a senior athlete, I wanted to progress more quickly and the gym, skiing and cycling weren't getting me there. Your workout really helped me this morning and I will be revisiting this video many times in the weeks to come...thanks again!
I have been doing this routine for the last few days to improve my balance on the bosu and I am really feeling the difference! I tried one of the more difficult routines but I wasn’t able to do everything because I couldn’t stand on the bosu. This little routine is most helpful if you are a beginner on the bosu! I see a marked improvement in my balance on it. Still need more work before I am ready for a full routine!!
I LOVED this workout as balance is so important for me. You did a variety of exercises so that I, a beginning balancer, could do or adapt many of them. I had no idea there were so many choices for the BOSU having been stuck on balancing with eyes shut, squats and step overs. Thanks.
thanks. I just purchased a BOSU Pro and it arrived today; this was a fantastic and rewarding intro workout to what I knew I would benefit from the 1st time I saw one, this awesome balance ball. Fwiw, if you are new to the balance ball , this is a great workout , whether youre already exp or a new balance trainer. THis workout'll get your balance conditioning on track ( plus, she is not annoying as some host workout partners can be) ⚖💪🏻
Great workout. After I have had a slipped disc a few weeks ago my physiotherapist worked on the bosu with me and this workout is just the thing I need. Will be my daily morning routine for the next few weeks.
Chose this one today because I didn’t feel like I had the energy for hard exertion and I thought this would be light - I’m sweating hard! Definitely bookmarking
Great video. More exercise for me that are dancy. I started with just balancing and now am getting bored with circling 10 lb weights around while balancing. Thx
I know this video was made 2 years ago. May I ask how much you paid for this BOSU? I just had a Plica Arthroscopy surgery on my knee. Am starting to learn how to walk again, especially in bending over my knee which is still a challenge. This training will be very useful to me.
Progress update: I am still doing this workout daily Monday through Friday! I have been doing it for about six weeks now. My balance has improved but I still can’t do the tree pose in the beginning or end without my toe down nor can I do the pose where the knee is up for a ten count without falling. I do better when I do not hold my knee up. The baby squats? I am not doing so well. I wonder if my continued issues stem from the fact I have a full size bosu and not a sport sized one? Anyone have any thoughts on that?
make sure your breathing is controlled and relaxed , if that makes sense; I will suggest you also make sure your gaze and eye-focus is NOT looking at your knee you grab nor anything down below your chin; stare forward at a single focal point and see if you dont have an easier time with the knee frwrd tree , 1 foot workout....
@@DaddyRobotX15 Yes, it does make sense. I fix my gaze on her necklace or her ankle depending on the movement. I chose her necklace during tree pose and her ankle during the leg lift. Also, during leg lift, I still need both hands to maintain balance. My left hand is usually hovering over the chair I have in front in case I have to grab it. I haven't really paid much attention to my breathing, I will work on that. Thank you!
@@DaddyRobotX15I have been working on the breathing and it does seem to help. I can do tree pose w/o my toe down but still wobbly. Baby squats are much improved though I still wobbly there too.
Hello, please I need to know Why the original BOSU in Spain cost 300€, when you can find something very similar for 80€, What gives you the extra amount of money? Thanks
Hello, in this video she is using the BOSU Sport, which is a smaller version of the original balance trainer. The sport is 50cm in diamater, and the original is 65cm in diamater. Hope this helps!

Of course it is harder on a fully. Just keep practicing.
