- There are many beautiful neighborhoods to consider in Merida. San Ramon Norte is a wonderful area with lots of places to go, and things to do. Check out this 1-bedroom apartment in that building.

Thank you Cartess.this was absolutely beautiful. Great for one person or couple.
You are so welcome
I really love these videos on house hunting 😊
😊😊😊
I would use a Murphy bed system...make that bedroom area the living room
I like that
Thank you for sharing this!
Thanks for watching
Nice😍😍😍😍😍Not bad at all👍
After living here in Merida for a while, I have learned several things overall and they make me look at potential living spaces in a different light. I can find 2 reasons why this place isn't a good choice, provided the issues I have with it would be her concern as well. 1 is a health issue and the other may just be a personal preference . I won't mention them as to not spoil someone's search for "their" ideal living space.
House-hunting videos are always fun, including this one!
Glad you like them!
Thanks Cartess.
Thank you
You're welcome
I like it, but it makes me feel really good about the 2/2 house with private pool I have outside of Chapala.
🙏🙏
The layout is a no go for me and the price doesn't match the place. Its a cramped studio space instead of a true one bedroom apartment. Looks nice on the outside but like an old california studio in compton on the inside.
🙏🙏
Try to use the zoom out on your camera or video. If it’s an iPhone it should let you do that. It gives a better idea of the size of a place.
thanks for the tip
Great video. Definitely looking at mexico as a 6 month option. But I'm looking for rental. $500 range... any suggestions?
Definitely many options in that range throughout the city
Beautiful views from the balcony. Is that considered a studio floor plan or a 1BR? Is it a 2-3 BR in that building or are all the units in that bldg the same layout? Great price I’m paying well above that for a NYC size apartment 😆
They have variety of options in that building. This was a 1 bedroom
Kind of an odd layout....all kitchen and a bedroom??
Different for sure, but nice.
Beautiful! Is it priced for location? I can see the trees moving, so good breeze, probably.
Oh, you just answered my question. Nice area.
Yes, thanks
Man, you got us used to looking at those budget spots, we aren't used to seeing luxury apartments, LOL. That price seems a bit high for the size of the space and considering that it didn't sound like the unit or building has a laundry room or an exercise room (we realize you don't set the prices, lol). How does the price of this place compare to the other places in that neighborhood? It sounds like that neighborhood is more of an upscale area?
The area is definitely a more upscale area and you're paying more to be there.
I felt claustrophobic watching that. The layout is weird. Thanks for sharing. 😊
thanks for watching
Does that building have a 2 bedroom?
Yes
I think it's overpriced and a strange layout.
Thanks for watching
I agree.
Can you flush toilet paper as it is so modern.
Nope 😅😅😅
Overpriced.
