Nice work Cartess!💯 Be sure to check the water in Dzitya. I toured an apartment out there and the water smelled like toxic waste when I turned it on to check the pressure!☠️ It lit up the whole apartment. We let it run for a long while and it did not improve. Outside of that, the place was cute and the price was right, but it was a no for me with that water!🙅🏽♀️
I used to live in San Ramon Norte, loved it. Super convenient. Great shops and restaurants. Dzitya is too dusty for me, and inconvenient without a car. Like you said, you have to consider all the factors.
Brother Cartess you are doing amazing work. Been watching you since you were in Medellin, Colombia. I appreciate you from where you and your family have come from to where you are. Much respect. Keep up the excellent work. I too look forward to escaping the US one day.
I’d do the 2nd and 3rd one. The last one all day long. Nice place to stay while you get situated.
Those were nice houses that you showed with reasonable rent.
Please show more of the better areas
Thank you for sharing. The third one is really nice but given the construction, the tenant will hear that drilling and other construction sounds for days on end.
All are nice the last is my favorite.
And the price was right on that last one :)
Number 2 was my fav.
The first one was it 💪
Nice apartments, number 3 is more of my fav, but I didn’t see a stove.
I'd like a spacious high rise with a view but not on my budget.
How much would it cost to buy an apartment like these? I am interested in owning.
😊
😊😊😊
No stove..what the heck😮😮
Hey, Cartess, nice. This was helpful. I will send you an email of what I'm looking for. Peace and blessings. Keep up the good work.
How do the the girls like living in Mexico, how do they occupy their time do they speak Spanish ?
Nice to see Ms Nanette. I loved the 1st and 3rd. But I didn't see a stove/oven on the 3rd though.
These places were really nice. Good prices too. The one that had those moving walls was pretty cool. I would need to be off the ground but nice.
Num 1, num 3 wow if there's transit of some kind.. The price is right!!
That second apt is dope
