She makes some great points about our attitude towards food. It's interesting to think about how those attitudes are developed... maybe it's a generational thing I don't know but something is going on because the quality of peoples cooking is definitely going down...
Now I feel the need to ensure I am setting a better example for my grandkids, will be incorporating more plants in our meals and teaching them the value of healthy eating.
