I would put LM312V04 Victory Gundam in S tier, since I recently finished up watching Gundam Victory anime, and they have utilized it in very interesting ways throughout the show. The rest of your choices in rankings are pretty interesting, and I mostly agree with you.
Ps. I really like Psycho-Frame on RX-0 Unicorn Gundam.

RX-78-2 should be a B tier. Just cuz its the first, don't mean its the best.

It definitely deserves an S tier, since it has multiple possible combinations. For example it can combine into G-Armor.

Nu gundam looks like a super robot, but ZZ is S tier?

To me anyway - the Nu has that large fin system and curves to its proportions, which are like a super hero person. The ZZ is very mechanical in proportions, and if you look at the coloring of the prototype, it's form is more traditionally mechanical whereas the Nu is humanoid. I just prefer the mechanic robot look.
