Looks really impressive.. after Royal Enfield Triumph is the only maker which makes some beautiful & successful motorcycles!! Most of their models currently in India are really good!!
Legend has it that four wheels move the body and two wheels move the soul, but you mate, A rider like you and a bike like that, you're surely moving 'em both.
You guys screwed my relationship. Last night I was on a long awaited night out with my girl friend and guess what I did the whole night ? I was watching the video over and over just for the orgasmic exhaust note. And she broke up with me. Anyways, first things first. Excellent video and oh boy what an amazing exhaust note. Just loved it and loving it. #PDArmy
Every once in a while, there comes a motorcycle that is much more than the sum of it's looks or exhaust note. It invokes an emotion so deep that every wring of the throttle results in either a wide grin or tears in the eyes. I don't know of any other thing/phenomenon that turns grown men into 12 year old boys. Full of life and all heart. The Street Triple did exactly that to me when I test rode it last year and sir yes sir, it was the most fun I've had with my pants on.
For me, this the the best review done by Powerdrift. I just love this review and the bike. I love the reviews of 675 Daytona, TNT 1130R and the Duke 390. I was once crossing the street to my office here in Germany and I saw this bike passed by me. I feel that instant surge of feeling whenever I see these naked bikes. I feel like to take a leave from office, hit the bank, take out every penny that I have been saving for a house of my own, borrow some more from my Dad and then ride it on the autobahn to somewhere I do not know..
Finally !! I have been waiting for this for almost an year !. Just love the sound of the triple especially the sound of burps when we lover the acceleration.... As always ....Good Review !

Concise yet informative at the same time. Especially with this review with all the bhp issues surrounding the stripple. Great work as always! Love your attention to detail. And you make the best bgm's for your reviews. Always sets the tone at the beginning of every review. Thanks #PDArmy!
Such a shame they neutered it for the Indian market. I've had this bike in my sights for a looooong time. One day I might get one as they're full-strength here in Australia. But it's tough to choose between this and the daytona!
I keep coming back to this video to remind me why I don't need to sell my 2013 Street Triple. I don't need a more powerful bike, I need to keep learning to extract more of what this bike can offer.
+PowerDrift Hahaha ;) Huge fan of you man! The way you review the bikes, class apart. Kudos to you. Keep it going :D And one fine day, maybe, just maybe,I might help you review a few of them myself ;)
oh man that video bomb at the bridge was epic hahaha putting that out of the way, I can't emphasize this enough, but you guys have become simply awesome at putting out hardcore review vids that are not only informative but also so so much pleasing aesthetically that you just can't get enough of them. an insect eyed machine that want to go beyond ... noticed this beast at the Triumph outlet wish i could ride it.... and this arrow exhaust (roar) just like the daytona one. #PDArmy #vj
never thought that a tea break during night shift would turn out to be this interesting.. Tenhut / PD team good move n loved the video and review. Have been searching for a genuine update on this ride and you guys gave enough spark to rethink of a triple :) .
Those bee eye like headlights are just an indication to how much buzz this beast would create in the rider's mind !! She definitely loves to make a buzz
Completely agree. I've ridden this and the competition. Not saying those aren't good, but this is that much better. The torque from the triple makes it civilized in city and an absolute beast on the highway for a quick sprint, or a comfortable tour. he engine/power maps can be changed relatively easily, but at least it comes with pretty good hardware. Possibly the only upgrade it needs is a frame/fork protection kit, Arrow exhaust+map and a fly screen to help with wind blast while touring.
Powerdrift... You guys are magicians. Every review, every detail, music.. you guys nail it. I watch reviews from lots of others countries... Italians, Dutch, Germans, Americans... But none review it like you do.. #ABigFan #Crazy #BikeEnthusiast #AutomotiveEngineer
My pleasure! Keep up the good work :) All the best to the whole team :) Maybe someday i will get to meet the team that does these mind boggling awesome videos!
Thanks Powerdrift, for me it was a long due review to be heard. Have been craving for the striple since the last one year. People around me ask why get a 675 CC for 9 lakhs when u can get much more than that in 8 lakhs. Today u gave the answer to that question, Striple is every bit worth it and so is the review. Gr8 work.
Good thing is that people these days are not going on basis of product or brand value , They want to kick in each and every segment and prove that we too are enthusiastic to try new things. I'm pretty sure the classification has improved thanks to people like you who work hard just to prove how beautiful these machines are.Good work and ride safe , Cheers :)
Hi PD, I purchased a new motorcycle 6 months back. It's been away from me for the past 2 months because of a crash. And also one month before that due to a faulty part replacement. I miss my motorcycle. I like to ride daily, sun or rain. It's been so frustrating and excruciatingly painful being away from it. My helmet has fungus in it now. Watching your videos keeps the fire still burning. I will be on 2 wheels soon. Cheers!
must...must...HAVE! thanks for the awesome videoreview mate. I was really loving that you rode the triple hard-seriously the sound of that thing is just pure music to my ears!
last year. .. the daytona 675r review really blew away my senses 😍 !!!!and this year u guys have done it again 😉👍 triumph daytona will always be my dream bike 😙 .... !!! The street triple is like a puppy on the road !!!😂
I do like your account of the Street Triple, you are pretty much spot on. I've been riding one for three years now and I'm just as enthusiastic about it now as when I test rode it. I tested quite a few bikes that were supposed to be in the same class, believe me, they weren't. I realise how biased I am but it really would have to be something very special for me to trade in.
+triumphrider This is absolutely spot on! The agility and the precision of the Striple is unlike any other motorcycle out there! However, we Indians get a detuned version here & still love the charm of it. Would love to ride the 106hp motorcycle for we except a lot of joy! :D
that exaust note.... eargasm... also gave me a serious tingling feeling in the gentleman's area.... i recently saw the bike for the first time and i was tripping so bad over the looks... the best looking in its lot
Rajini has been doing a great job. Looking forward to join. Actually, I've requested the video traininh only after watching Keith's videos. There is so much to learn and understand. Anyways, thanks! :) Will be waiting for the comprehensive review of the Apache 200.
There isnt anything else on youtube to unwind after a day of routine (read boring) office work! Kudos to you guys for keeping the energy needle revving hard \m/
Powerdrift, it'd really great if you can make a video on riding. Riders who just got an entry level sports bike would be greatly benefited if Sagar or any of your professionals would help us learn the basics like cornering, counter steering, positioning etc. Thank you for making riding motorbikes a great game with your exceptional presentation. Looking forward for the PD army to grow and get strenghthened. Ciao!
You guys make such incredible flicks, what a treat for the eyes.... This particular momentary pauses at 2:05 ... Awesome guys, you are the best at what you do... \m/
The sound of 675 is completely mental, at 1:06 a fighter jet was thundering over my house it took me a while to realize that orgasmic sound was coming from speaker's and not from jet.
Hi PowerDrift! Love your videos! May I ask you a question about the Street triple R. I'm planning to buy a Street Triple R 2010 and I was concerned about the breaking system. Is it powerful enough to ride on track? Does it have enough bite? I used to have a SV650s and then bought a Fz8 and I was disappointed with the breaks (not enough bite), so I have always been a bit sceptical of roadsters and I don't want to be disappointed again. I have tried the Daytona 675 2011. Is the Street triple R breaking comparable to the Daytona? Thanks for your help.
MY God ..... This machine is just awesome dude ....The exhaust note is worth dying for.... I wish i had a million rupees in my account....😂😭...But still PD GUYS YOU ARE JUST AWESOME LIKE THIS BIKE... THE WAY YOU PRESENT YOUR VIDEOS IS JUST A FABOULUS ART WHICH ONLY FEW CAN DO...I don't know before dying I will be able to own this bike but for now on I am gonna rev my Cast Iron bullet 350.....YOUR VIDEOS ARE LIKE A DRUG
the best.... the most useable mid weight bike which we can have and with the Triumph's touch.... I agree the detuned Indian version is a setback.... but in all honesty this is and undoubtedly the beauty with its elderly brother's looks and it's race spec sibling ... just the versatility. . the love... I am speechless.. had always been when I first saw her... awesome job.... Guys. .. you the best😄... thank you...thank you so much for this video... But I don't envy you guys... always have my respect
The exhaust note - the beautiful curves - the aggressive gear shifts - all we need are open roads and cool minds to give a meaning to what's called life. #wayoflife Thank you team powerdrift. #PDArmy
I have seen this bike personally and man oh man,my days and nights from that day became her!!! I really want to buy this bike but with a price tag of 9.5 lacs it's really heartbreaking . But I really will own this in coming years.... Till then your video is my inspiration to look and love her.
All right Sir, yet another perfect video with no flaws and pure Info. Thank you so much Sarge and salute to your driving skill coz even though we feel that this bike is out of our price range and something too posh to handle you just let it Fly By with your driving and yeah showing what the bike could really do on the TARMAC which makes it definitely worth while...
love the reviews. try including a 100kmph dash shot with a cam set on gas tank in all bike reviews so that the speed is felt by us viewers. thanks for the tremendous effort
Hi Sagar ! One quick question ! I am looking for Mid capacity 600 to 800 cc bike.Have shortlisted Triumph Street triple 675 and Honda CBR 650 F. I Intend to keep the bike with me for about 10 years ( or even more). I will be riding around 3000 to 4000 km a year ( May be even less ) . My height is 6 ft and weigh 110 Kg . Broad built. It won't be used so much for commutation ( I am Chartered Accountant and it doesn't fit my profile to ride to income Tax offices and clients on a bike ) as for fortnight fun rides. Last bike i owned was when i was still a student back in 2010 ( HeroHonda Karizma). My Budget is around 7.5 L. What do you recommend ? Or is there anything else i should be considering . Please answer.
I loved the play you did there with the coffee and newspaper. Bring more of those on! I have said it before and will say it again. You have some great content and insights. Keep those coming. You are the next potential top gear for India.
I do hope you manage to get your hands on a Tuono soon. *just watched this review for the 50th time*. Bought my street triple before your review came out but every time I watch it, I can't stop myself from going for a short ride again :-p
Finally Team PD got the Street Triple to test it out. It's got the same sound from the Daytona that we loved SO MUCH! Doesn't sound like an inline-four. It's got a different note which I find very hard to describe, but I love it. I test drove one, and hell is it light. Man, feels like the Duke 390. So, this is what Sagar's been on lately. Would have liked if the music would have been a little softer, though. That tre sounds awesome. Anyway, nice review.
Have ridden this, and it is an absolute throttle demon. Took off to 180kmph in no time. Rightly put, you can't let the numbers judge this hooligan! And those headlamps remind us of Ethan Hunt to say the least.
I watched the video and moved on to another video, then I realized that I didn't like it. Then I came back and hit the like button so hard that my mobile screen almost cracked .... What an awesome video.... Keep up the good work guyz....we the #PDArmy love you!
Great review PD! Just a few questions, 1. Where is the bridge @ 2.18? Is this somewhere near lavasa? 2. Is a remap done with the arrows? 106 bhp's tested on a dynamo? Apparently, remap + arrows is covered under warranty. Correct me if I am wrong. Thanks in advance! Love watching your stuff.
I had dreamt about getting higher cc bike ....owned r15 duke390 fz25cbr250 prior I had money to buy ninja 650 2018 and booked After seeing this video continuously I went back cancelled the booking Got preowned street triple 675 n loving it Thank you guys The hype was real
I almost lost my job because of you guys; can't resist watching the video as soon as I get the notification. Next time need to find a safe location to watch the video. Well about the review nothing can go wrong when you're the creator. Did you plot that Bajaj guy on purpose? 😂
Good review. This is the motorcycle even for a commuter I guess. The triumph daytona 675r is a motorcycle almost every biker will want to own one, but considering the seating position, the ergonomics, the aggressive riding position, the triumph street triple comes in to help. I belief they share the same motor/engine. And other than the motorcycle, the place/roads are beautiful. Thanks
When I first listened to the exhaust note while I was in London I fell in love without knowing what bike it was. Lucky me got to see in flesh very next day and that love became desperation. :) As Sargent said, I envy the owners from bottom of my heart. :(
this bike has been a legend when it comes to the naked segment for many years. and i agree with the price tag.. Its not about the masses. its about the classes. and im going to get one...love it.
I'm planning to buy this one for some time now and this review makes it look like it's a sign from the Gods. 😝 What a review!! If it was any better it'd have become the Monalisa of reviews.
I always love how explain the bikes, its awesome, your expressions, fells are way too good. when I hear from you it feels like I am living it....... Awesome work bro, keep it up......
truly awesome bike..!!! ST3 is a bike with all basics right. All other manufacturers are just trying to beat it by features n numbers while ST3 is conquering in all basics for so many years and will continue doing so in near future for sure. this is the 3rd video of PD after daytona and 600i in contineous loop with my headsets on while daily office commute...Enough said I will own this machine soon. Thanks PD..great job!!
You guys made us wait for a long time for this one. Brilliant work as always folks. At the first service, I changed the air intake to UK spec and got the arrow exhaust - I don't know the actual number produced at the rear wheel - but its enough to scare the heck out of me :). By the way when do you guys shoot? I have been to Lavasa so many times, hoping that one day I would catch you guys shooting....
And sorry of the chain of comments, did you blip the throttle at 3:34? Do you recommend this method to downshift or the regular brake, slow down and downshift?
Ajo Joseph thanks, but yeah since I'm blipping the throttle to rev match my lower gear, will it affect my engine? Or is it a healthier way and safer way? Mine is just a 150cc Gixxer
+jamn610 I dont think so. You just need enough to get the revs up a little. Clutch engage-Rev up-downshift-release clutch is the method I use. There could be better methods. Infact it was necessary in some bikes like the Street 750.
What about the crazy wind blast at higher speeds for taller/wider riders? Does it get any options for wind protection? Could get tiring on Touring. Also heard stalls at high speeds? :(
+Mandheer Singh It is a naked. The wind blast will always be an issue. No matter the bulk of the windscreen, the occasional wind blast will always swing by to say HI. It stalls in the first gear!
Hope I'm not the only one who keeps checking how much more time is remaining on the video. Never want these to end. Awesome as usual +Powerdrift
Same here OggyF PD videos are so amazing & sagar sheldekar is just amazing :)
You're not alone mate.

+Anand Raj Ramachandran When thinking becomes easy ;)
the exhaust note sounds as metal music to me!!!!!
+vijay gopi ramachandran Be ready to headbang on this symphony! ;)
Those bee eye like headlights are just an indication to how much buzz this beast would create in the rider's mind !! She definitely loves to make a buzz
It never fails to impress, unless, you look at that price tag! :( One day maybe as Sargent says, I'll be lucky enough to have one of these. :)
+yashraj singha Plus the Street has gotten a tad bit expensive after it was launched!
Christmas gifts? Unchecked.
+yashraj singha Sargent is lucky enough... I guess he owns a Z1000!!!
Akshay Ballal Woah! Now that's a really fun fact!
Not true, not true. He owns a RC390, and a first gen R15
Goosebumps!! It's been 3 years since I started experiencing them and yet every single pd review leaves me with goosebumps.. Terrific work comrades ☺
+santosh vasist Thanks for being with us Santosh. Like and Share :D
+anoop reddy Not the best on highways since its a naked but a very potent machine in the city!
Thank you so much for those kind words. We really appreciate all the love and support :)
My pleasure!
Keep up the good work :) All the best to the whole team :)
Maybe someday i will get to meet the team that does these mind boggling awesome videos!
Gr8 work.
+Fresco Revived Glad you liked it. #LikeAndShare
+VIGNESH M Thank you so very much :)
Hi PD,
I purchased a new motorcycle 6 months back.
Cheers!
+Deep Tech Underground Ohh noo! Is that why we weren't seeing a lot of your comments recently! Wish you a speedy recovery comrade. :)
must...must...HAVE!
thanks for the awesome videoreview mate. I was really loving that you rode the triple hard-seriously the sound of that thing is just pure music to my ears!
+andrewvophoto And also the bucket loads of envy for the rest of the team, LOL!
Glad you enjoyed it there. Here is something more - bit.ly/D3VIL
last year. .. the daytona 675r review really blew away my senses 😍 !!!!and this year u guys have done it again 😉👍 triumph daytona will always be my dream bike 😙 .... !!! The street triple is like a puppy on the road !!!😂
+Vishnu Vishwanath A puppy that has the growl of a lion! ;)
If ever I was not convinced to buy a street triple in the UK before, I most definitely am now, this has been the best advert for the bike I've seen.
+abhinav singh Hahahahah! :P
+Rishubh Chakraborty That needle goes way past the rev limited :P
Powerdrift, it'd really great if you can make a video on riding. Riders who just got an entry level sports bike would be greatly benefited if Sagar or any of your professionals would help us learn the basics like cornering, counter steering, positioning etc. Thank you for making riding motorbikes a great game with your exceptional presentation. Looking forward for the PD army to grow and get strenghthened. Ciao!
You guys make such incredible flicks, what a treat for the eyes.... This particular momentary pauses at 2:05 ... Awesome guys, you are the best at what you do... \m/
+Pranav Nambiar That appreciation is WOW! :D
you guys deserve it.. :)
The sound of 675 is completely mental, at 1:06 a fighter jet was thundering over my house it took me a while to realize that orgasmic sound was coming from speaker's and not from jet.
+furiousninja You comrade have really good speakers! :P
We really wish your garage is blessed with this bike and are glad that you enjoy our videos so much! Thank you! :D
the best....
the most useable mid weight bike which we can have and with the Triumph's touch....
I agree the detuned Indian version is a setback....
but in all honesty this is and undoubtedly the beauty with its elderly brother's looks and it's race spec sibling ... just the versatility. . the love...
I am speechless.. had always been when I first saw her...
awesome job.... Guys. ..
you the best😄...
thank you...thank you so much for this video...
But I don't envy you guys...
always have my respect
+Mehul Agrawal Only if it was priced a little south! Would have made so much of a better overall package.
I agree...
But just by bringing this bike in the PowerDrift way... I love this bike even more now...
Thank you once again....
The exhaust note - the beautiful curves - the aggressive gear shifts - all we need are open roads and cool minds to give a meaning to what's called life.
#wayoflife
Thank you team powerdrift.
#PDArmy
+Karan Mahajan Very well put! Cool mind is a point a lot of people forget.
You are most welcome :)
I have seen this bike personally and man oh man,my days and nights from that day became her!!! I really want to buy this bike but with a price tag of 9.5 lacs it's really heartbreaking . But I really will own this in coming years.... Till then your video is my inspiration to look and love her.
+kausik das One of the most versatile machines available today!
+jacinth raj That comment though! #Applause
+PowerDrift and well that reaction at 06:38 was too Innocent Sarge LOL
That moment when you take a sip from your coffee mug and Sarge is mimicking the exact same thing atop a Street Triple 675. Crazy! #Coincidence #PDArmy
+Varun Nair You did! Hahahaha! :D
love the reviews. try including a 100kmph dash shot with a cam set on gas tank in all bike reviews so that the speed is felt by us viewers. thanks for the tremendous effort
+Amardeep Dabass Thank you Amardeep! Have you taken a look at this - bit.ly/TheDhoomBike
As soon as the first wheelie was popped... i destroyed the like button...:P Sarge you are one hell of a rider....:) #PDArmy
+chirag narayan May we suggest you don't leave the Share button alone ;)
I do hope you manage to get your hands on a Tuono soon. *just watched this review for the 50th time*. Bought my street triple before your review came out but every time I watch it, I can't stop myself from going for a short ride again :-p
+Karan Sindhu Woohoo! That's what these videos are meant to do! :D
Congratulations on the Striple and don't forget to share these ahead :)
+Varun Sarathy That is because it is an inline three! Plus, the Striple is meant to be your best friend. Agile and precise!
PowerDrift Yeah.
Hahaha Sagar @ 2:03! Loved it :D:P
+Parth Bagtharia :P
Why are your Triumph reviews always the most awesome!? :P
First the Daytona and now this!
Im test riding one of these awesome bikes on Monday! Can't wait 😁
Have ridden this, and it is an absolute throttle demon. Took off to 180kmph in no time. Rightly put, you can't let the numbers judge this hooligan! And those headlamps remind us of Ethan Hunt to say the least.
+Rahul Fatnani Mission Very Much Possible - Street Triple! :D
I watched the video and moved on to another video, then I realized that I didn't like it.
Then I came back and hit the like button so hard that my mobile screen almost cracked .... What an awesome video.... Keep up the good work guyz....we the #PDArmy love you!
+121Sonic Hahahahahah! That was a good one :)
Great review PD! Just a few questions,
+Siddharth Tamhankar Yes, that is near Lavasa! This one has a slip on without the remap!
Also, the remap & Arrow fitting is done at a Triumph SVC!
"5:07 to 5:11" award winning shot !!
I had dreamt about getting higher cc bike ....owned r15 duke390 fz25cbr250 prior I had money to buy ninja 650 2018 and booked
After seeing this video continuously
I went back cancelled the booking
Got preowned street triple 675 n loving it
Thank you guys
The hype was real
I almost lost my job because of you guys; can't resist watching the video as soon as I get the notification. Next time need to find a safe location to watch the video. Well about the review nothing can go wrong when you're the creator.
Did you plot that Bajaj guy on purpose? 😂
+Rajesh Bhapkar LOL! That comment though!
1:35 Even the knee guards look ecstatic about the ride :D
+Sooraj S'a That grin though!
+PowerDrift Yaay! A reply from you guys :') My day is made!! Been watching since the PTRchannel, You guys are awesome :D
he says its difficult to pop wheelies and yet pops 6 of em! Salute to the sergeant! #Respect
+veeresh sangolli Hahahahaa!
Thanks
We hope you have seen our review of the Daytona ;)
th-cam.com/video/vZhNv3ThdlI/w-d-xo.html
When I first listened to the exhaust note while I was in London I fell in love without knowing what bike it was. Lucky me got to see in flesh very next day and that love became desperation. :) As Sargent said, I envy the owners from bottom of my heart. :(
+Riaz Momin :D
this bike has been a legend when it comes to the naked segment for many years. and i agree with the price tag.. Its not about the masses. its about the classes. and im going to get one...love it.
+Fabian Louis Shopping cart needs a checkout! :P
I'm planning to buy this one for some time now and this review makes it look like it's a sign from the Gods. 😝
What a review!!
If it was any better it'd have become the Monalisa of reviews.
+Areeb Alam Then a sign from a higher power it is! :)
I always love how explain the bikes, its awesome, your expressions, fells are way too good. when I hear from you it feels like I am living it....... Awesome work bro, keep it up......
Wow, that is a beautiful compliment. Thank you Amar :)
Keep watching our videos then!
truly awesome bike..!!!
+anjum mujawar Hahahah! We love it when the #PDArmy annihilates the Replay button! More on its way :)
Update...Getting it delivered Friday...Cheers!!!
+anjum mujawar hey, how is it going with the Striple? Been worried about the stalling issue, strongly leaning towards the Z800.
+Mandheer Singh so far awesome. no worries about stalling issue and never faced it till now. bike is truly awesome.
3:46 to 3:50 Sagar managed to do a wardrobe refresh on the fly, MJ Style. White > Black Gloves :D
+Hemin Sebastian Who's to say its him?? ;)
PowerDrift whenever I watch this video, my adrenaline kicks and shifts into overdrive!! This one surely sends shivers down my spine. Lovely video.
+Nikhil thorvat Thank you :D
You guys made us wait for a long time for this one. Brilliant work as always folks. At the first service, I changed the air intake to UK spec and got the arrow exhaust - I don't know the actual number produced at the rear wheel - but its enough to scare the heck out of me :). By the way when do you guys shoot? I have been to Lavasa so many times, hoping that one day I would catch you guys shooting....
+Indrajit Shanbhag You should be meeting our Peanut racer who apparently got a lot of things changed on his Striple! Catch ya someday around Lavasa :)
And sorry of the chain of comments, did you blip the throttle at 3:34? Do you recommend this method to downshift or the regular brake, slow down and downshift?
***** cool sarge, duly noticed!
+jamn610 called rev matching. Best way to avoid wheel slip and get some traction to the rear especially for non ABS bikes.
Ajo Joseph ah I see, I heard that rev matching is a good method to take corners safely as well as coming to stops.
Thanks! Triumph showroom assures the new 2016 Bikes don't stall. Hmmm...
