I am thrilled to announce that I am currently working with Guitar Pro and their new app called “Play Guitar Hits”. There are 5 songs that will be coming up in the app. 4 of which are already on my TH-cam channel and 1 which is a remake of an older video which has been requested several times.
Really looking forward to this and it’s such an honour to be working with a company who developed a program that completely changed my life as a player.
Of course, this doesn’t change or alter the course of my weekly uploads to TH-cam. The app will provide extra features to these videos such as right hand perspective, section looping, metronome, and more.

@@danielporter621 The guitarist was Randy Roads as you can hear (particularly from the time period early 80s) he was completely amazing - very musical structured accomplished passionate and interesting to listen to. Tragically he was killed in an unnecessary plane crash at only 26. Brutal waste of an amazing young man.

People have a tendency rto look right past the best shit because they take it for granted that its right there, right now. I guess you really dont know whatcha got until its gone!

Something interesting is Rhoads double tracked his solos. On Crazy Train there are a couple of notes in the solo that are different in the two tracks in the original recording. At 3:03 in this video, the 3 descending notes, D C# B, is how Rhoads plays it on one track, and on the other track it's E D B. If you listen to the original solo you can hear the dissonance in the 2 tracks at that point in the solo. Whether it was a mistake or intentional, who knows, but it worked.
Did you watch The-Art-Of-Guitar? Cuz he said the exact same thing in a video that was released a few days before your comment.
He actually triple-tracked his solos and panned one left, one right, and one center, which gave the effect of there being a fourth "ghost" guitar track.
he got that from Black Sabbath/Toni Iommi.

KILLER harmonics man omg ur insane. Knowing how to play guitar has been such a drug for me and im only getting started. Doing scales pretty fast now working on being consistent with climbing and descending strings.
This was basically my shit at ages 6 through 11 until I found more artists, hearing this again brings back fond memories of hearing this on my way to school with my dad

thanks dude so much this has helped me out with the solo a lot. To anybody reading this trying to learn the solo. hit the settings button and select a slower playback speed and build up speed as progress.

I can mostly play this riff(albiet not at full speed yet) and now can see the subtle details that fill it out. I also now have a chance to learn the solos since I will at least be able to find the right place on the neck to do them lol

You want the finest alternative on the planet...you are watching it here.

if Jason can do them on an acoustic --I will try harder with my hum bucker and pinch technique --tried for 28 years -got very poor results --sometimes pure luck -mostly failed on Eagles Hotel California --etc --but I will follow your u tube instruction & keep trying --most grateful--for the help --really appreciate !
