I have a friend who was trying to get pregnant with her husband and for some reason it just wasn't happening so they went to see a fertility specialist. My friend forgot she had an IUD. She forgot she was on birth control and that's why they couldn't get pregnant. Edit: For everyone questioning how she forgot about it.... I genuinely don't know. She is super embarrassed about the fact she didn't remember it, so if anyone brings it up she pretends she has no idea what they're talking about.
Yeah I have the Rod, and the only thing reminding me it's there is the little scar on my arm and a lack of periods. With an IUD there's no sign of it and most girls continue with their normal cycle so I bet it really would be easy to forget.
Doctors are truly amazing, they spend so much time helping us and saving our lives. I have always wanted to be one, but I just can’t handle blood and stuff like that. This is why I respect nurses and doctors
Also, you can be a physiotherapist, like me, we practically never see blood, we help people with pain, people that have problems with their activities of the day-to-day, muscles, bones, nerves and brain rehabilitation. Is fun, a lot of work, and very rewarding. We see our patients for month, years even. Is nice.
I have always wanted to be a doctor but chemistry and i did not get along and sadly I had to let go my dream. I am still very fascinated with various types of diseases and patients and hospital is my most favorite place in the world. Way more than my actual work place 😅
I can see why they would, if I died I’d want my husband to do that to continue a family and lead my name on And even if I didn’t want to I’m not going to care and I? I’d be dead!?!?
“ Wouldn't a baby make you feel not so alone, a baby who by just being a human was a living memory of someone you loved.” Not if the kid was an asshole...and tbf, most kids are. :P
I watched a documentary about a woman who used her dead husband's sperm to have a kid. Apparently they weren't sure that the guy even wanted kids but since the wife was adamant about having a baby they pushed through and took the sperm. It's sad that this guy wasn't able to do the same.
Yeah it’s pretty horrible. I get that she was trying like to not upset him but they should have communicated. To get someone who truly wants children to believe that it can happen when it can’t is horrible.
I mean i would side with the wife if the husband was forcing her to have children, but based solely on wht we know from this scene, I believe that the husband was never informed by his wife that she didn't want children. Remember this is based solely on this scene so no need to roast me if stuff happens in future episodes. Anyways, I think it's a bit unreasonable to say that the husband forced her cuz he didn't even know his wife didn't want kids. The wife just played along and pretended to want to start a family when she clearly tried to prevent it, which must've truly hurt him. The only thing he could've done was probably ask her and check on her more and more to make sure she rlly wanted it but based on wht he said "we have been trying to start a family" or smth, we can kinda imply that she consented to try and have a family with this guy. I don't support any act of forcing someone to bear children, but still in this scenario the wife should've told the truth and talked abt it with the husband instead of hiding it from him
