I've certainly not noticed that its especially breezy, no more than any other tent ive used. Its only 3 season and does have good ventilation (which keeps the condensation away) so I'd say thats working as intended. Thankyou for watching
Thanks for watching and for the question. Once I got the tent in my possession, the poles (which are all connected) create a aitch (H) shape. both the outer and inner connect into the exact same points on these poles, so i figured, why couldn't you just clip the outer on first, giving you an effective tarp set up, then clip the inner in afterwards? So, i tried it and it worked! It's probably a little harder than an inner pitch first (the way you're meant to do it) but if the situation calls for it, you certainly can, as I prove here, pitch this outer first!
Great video. Thank you
Glad you liked it! Quite an old one now! 👍

Great peace of kit 👍
Yes, Im loving it! Thanks for watching bud
I've heard it's quite a breezy tent because of the big gaps under it. Did you find that it let the breeze in when its windy?

Just wondering, how did you manage to pitch the outer first? From what I've read this is an inner-first pitch tent. Is that wrong?

@@1982Noddin nice. Time for the notification bell ! lol.
Looks ok
Quality is pretty good and it's very spacious. Everything I'd expect out of the Alpkit brand to be fair
Are they a copy of the cloud peak 2
Different pole system & no hat on top. It's quite different mate
