That's actually the minimum requirement of Protein and that too for a person having a perfect weight according to their height.. To shed weight, caloric intake has to be decreased which can make us weak by destroying our muscles. Now to prevent that , our Protein intake should be atleast 1.5 gm per Kg of our ideal body weight...
