You are talkinf about Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). I haven't heard of acne and joint pain being a symptom for IBS. Anyway, IBS occurs because you can't digest some carbs and it ends up in the large bowel where the gut biome has a field day making a large amount of gas ..... hence, farting!! 😕

Nuts and seeds (also peanuts) are high in Omega 6, which is inflammatory. You want to eat Omega 3 (and/or Monounsaturated fat), which is much healthier and anti-inflammatory.
That's not how that works, you need omega 6 just as much as you need omega 3 if not more and the ratio of what you eat doesn't matter the thing is omega 6 is used to promote healthy inflammation when it's necessary meanwhile omega 3 is used to counteract that to form a balance, since there's more omega 6 than 3 in most foods it's easy to become deficient in omega 3 but not 6 which could result in exaggerated reactive inflammation levels but as long as you have enough of both worlds to work with you'll have healthy inflammatory reactions and levels. The only dietary lipid that's not essential however is saturated fat, partially because your gut biome already produces that for you.
I had to stop eating peanut butter cups and chocolate. I was going down the wrong path and gaining back weight because I have a addiction personality. @@AndreLeitedaSilvaGaldino If you increase fat and reduce protein that will help reduce insulin, insulin is also an fat storage hormone so reducing insulin helps decreasing body fat. Chicken meat is fine as long as you remove the skin which is the most linoleic acid content in it. I recently took another step towards carnivore by cutting out most any veggies and fiber, which included nuts.
