Shining Arrows IS busted without a doubt. As much as i'd like to say much about this ability, we must understand about ability, that give's additional buff damage, and Shining Arrows have a "Light" effect, while Hassou Tobi is "Physical". Light can be buffed by "Amp" and "Boost", which gives 75%. And especially with "Magic Ability", that one cannot be gained by any known standards, which adds another 25%, but to all magic abilities, which Shining Arrows now got additional 100% attack boost. while physical damage got no buffs. Even IF Shining Arrows will hit only 4 instead of 8, it's gonna still be equal with Hassou Tobi's guaranteed 8 hits.It's truly arguable, but the facts are already got proven long ago, even in Royal.
Will of the sword is actually misleading and doesn't work like it says mighty gaze/intense focus work better because their more consistent and break the 100% damage boost cap.
Hi 8 month long late reply, but from testing I found out Mighty Gaze and Will of The Sword do nearly the same exact damage. For me choosing which one really just depends on which one is easier to fuse into. Undying Fury however is completely stronger than Will of The Sword so take that as you will. ( Note: I don’t know why because it isn’t mentioned anywhere but Will of The Sword also gives Joker concentrate at the start of battle )
It's like watching a foreign film with English subtitles (assuming you're native to speaking English). Subs > Dubs (less true in video gaming since it's animated speech).
Technically I'd argue shining arrows is more busted just because you can get access it so much sooner than Yoshitsune lol.
Agreed, i used it against madarame because I'd forgotten to get new armor after kamoshida and it slapped like nothing else.

depending how you build it shining arrows is more busted cus you can build with bless amp, bless boost, magic boost for a 100 percent damage boost
