    Cassey, I have a challenge for you! Can you please do a workout video for the best exercises to do in confined spaces? I'm sure there are a few of us whose rooms/apartments are tiny and it's a huge problem!

    day 28 - we've done it! we made it to the end of the beginner calendar!!! congrats! this workout wasn't as difficult (aka i wasn't totally out of breath) but i was still struggling with some of the moves (especially the last one! i don't have enough space/hip flexibility for it!). it's nice to know that some of the moves i would've been unable to do at the start of all this have become old hat to me. i still struggle with form, but hey, i've only been doing this for a month so i shouldn't expect to be 100% perfect always.
    that being said, i don't think i'm comfortable enough to move up to her regular monthly workouts. i'll probably repeat the last two weeks of this calendar and then reassess. maybe try the hot girl summer sculpt 🤔

    Day 28 of the beginner's calendar done! Holy crap, I did it! This is the first time I think I ever stuck to something for longer than 2 weeks. I feel amazing. Thank you Cassey! ❤❤ now, onto the monthly challenges! 🎉

      I stop after the leg circles :') I've rearranged my furniture around multiple times but it still does not cut it so I have to do different leg workouts that won't have me bumping into anything.

      well i just love it because there's a lot of movement and you don't really think about the burning muscles, but for the ,let's say, "dance" or "yoga" move that you do :))

      The two workouts involving the legs to go in circular motion work out my abs more than my things, Actually, after I do them, my thighs do nut burn at all, any advice/ideas on what I'm doing wrong? Someone please help me!

      Binali Patel make sure you keep your hands in a triangle under your tailbone and don't arch your back:)

      I was wondering, how do I get more flexible? I stretch every night, but I'm still very inflexible. Whenever there are workouts where you have to lift your legs above you, I can barely get mine above a 90 degree angle, and it really takes away from the workout. Any advice?

    Did it! Finished all 6 videos of April 26th 2015, legs and thighs! It was difficult, especially the 'Intense Inner Thighs Challenge,' I had to take breaks, but I'm so proud I made it through all 6 videos! Getting closer and closer to my goal~ Popsters, you can DO IT. You WILL get stronger, that determination will drive you to success! It's a slow journey, but it's worth it!

      used to happen to me, so i start each leg workout by stretching really well. look up warm up stretches and really get the hips moving to make it more flexible during work outs :)

      it just means youre not that flexible yet, it will get better just stretch and keep doing it, if it hurts dont open your legs as much

    done with 17 August calender workout!! Ive tried many other fitness programs but I always come back to blogilates. Others just focus on vanity but Cassey really makes me feel happy and motivated. Love you Cassey 😘😘

    These workout moves actually work pretty well ^-^ my thighs got thinner and more toned in a few months. I didn't have to starve myself or anything to make my slim thighs a success. Hopefully my sugar cravings wouldn't pop back my leg fat XD.

      I would do these workouts every night for three days a week(Sometimes more if I have time):D I then take a break for the rest of the week and then start over again. Hopefully this workout turned out great for you too. :)

    I started doing the calendars and eating healthy HARDCORE about a month ago, and now I've had 1-2 YOLO meals a week. I am fine with that, but I am so excited to get stronger and healthier even after I've seen small results.. bigger things are coming :)

    just tried your workouts and i am a huge fan of workouts that strengthen and lengthen and aren't full blown pilates but pilates inspired. did traditional pilates for years and years and i love it but have gotten a little effiicient and burned out, so i love that you tweek it and make it interesting! very very effective...and when i get a few bucks gonna buy some workouts to support ya! God bless and keep 'em coming!!!!!

      shorten your range of motion and slow it down. Usually means you lost stability of movement.

      Same happened to me so i just reversed the movement and i was fine. Don't know if its as effective but that's the best i could do.

    Does anyone else hips pop? I stretch daily and have good flexibility in my hips be for some reason anytime the moves deal with wide legs and circles my hips start popping a lot.

      I do but I only seem to get a popping sound on my right side of my hip,not my left,not sure why its like that,same with me too I do stretches, but I still get the popping sound.

      I think I have hips problems ( probably because I was doing rythmic gymnastics ) and I just can't move my legs when they are in half of 'putting them down' (?) They hurt sooo much

      My hips pop too! But only on the left side and only when I do the circles with both legs, nothing when doing just one leg at a time. Weird and makes me a bit concerned :/

    Does this really work cause I wanna slim my thighs down, I'm a big girl mostly wide and my thighs are the biggest on me, so does this work? If so how long will it take to slim them down?

      It depends on how hard you work on them. From doing her thigh workouts, my thighs have gotten slimmer and I usually gain weight in those areas :)

    when i was doing the last 2 moves, my hip joints like did this pop click thing at the bottom of the circles?? It felt really weird, whats wrong?? Thanks so much for the workout!!

      Ohh got the same problem!! I always have that with leg circles and surprisingly just on one side. Still don't know what this is about but I'm actually pretty glad that I'm not the only one (though, that sounded kinda mean haha)

      Mines do the same thing, Cassey said in another video that as long as it doesn't hurt then it's generally okay but if it hurts really bad then either make the movements smaller or just don't do them. Hope this helped! :)

      It's because you're using your hip flexors too much, focus on using your ab strength to keep your legs up and it should reduce

      Most commonly, for bulking you have to eat more protein ( calorie surplus ) and have to do some weight training so ofcourse this workout is for sliming down the inner thigh 😄.

    Oh my goodness! The last two moves made my hips crack and hurt so bad...should I not do them?? I still didnt stop but it hurt so bad!!

      If you hear any popping or clicking, stop! Especially if it starts hurting! You don't want to injure yourself. You could try stretching, doing lower intensity versions of this exercise, or trying out a completely different exercise.

      If there is cracking try doing lunges to stretch out your hip flexors, if it still hurts stop.

    Day 18 of the beginner's calendar and 2/3 videos are complete. I was surprised I was able to do those butterfly kickouts and they were lots of fun.

    blogilates when i do the leg circles, my hips click a lot and it gets painful... is that because of lack of flexibility? is it common? and if so do you have any suggestions on how to improv on those?

    On the last two moves, my hips "click". It doesn't hurt, it's just really uncomfortable. Am I doing something wrong? How do you fix it?

    Do these actually maker them slimmer ? Because when you workout your working muscles so wouldn't they get bigger? I need mine to get smaller without having an eating disorder.

      When I start working out after a long break, my body and I think others do get buffer and look maybe bigger. But that's only because your toning the muscles but you still have the fat around on you as well. So you may look bigger at first. Personally for me, I do get bigger at first but then get slimmer. Also, like she says a balanced diet will help with slimming. You only actually get buff with eating a lot of protein or over eating and working out. But, that's just me and my thoughts on it.

      That's a misconception. Women body won't grow big in size thanks to muscles.

      JessSwaglicious Not really because your muscles will get bigger and you will loose fat so since your loosing fat, they will appear stronger and yes, smaller. :)

      You will gain muscle and tone them up since you ar working them out, but muscle is leaner than fat, so they well look thinner, but still have muscle :)

      they would only get bigger if you took protein for your muscles and even then you would lose the fat first before growing the muscles

    I really love your workouts because they seem to work well with me. As I have a serious knee injury, unfortunately I can't do squats which I know are great for thighs. I've seen your video on squatting for 'inner thighs' - such a shame I can't do them. But these exercises are great - I hope they'll do the job because although I'm not losing weight rapidly, my inner thighs have gone flabby... I don't know why - I'm so depressed over it!!

      +Athena Niki Thank you very much Athena, but it's an old trauma of over 25 years.  Unfortunately I can't bend it as much as I should be able to and over the years it has caused me to have lots of bad falls.  I did have it operated, but it was unsuccessful. Hope you enjoy your exercising and I'll do what best I can...

    Pointed thigh was the best, because I felt it the most, but it was in comfortable position. :3
    Done with first leg and thigh day of #FABruary and I really must say that I was afraid of it, because my legs are quite weak - I felt it when I did Mel B and her 10 mins for legs. And at the beginning of your exercises (for beginners like a month ago) I had like really weak arms too. I never could do a simple push-up in my life. And now I can say that I DIDN'T HATE the arm day and I can FORCE myself to a push-up. It's still not easy, but it's really a milestone to the person I want to be.

    Cassey my hip flexers (i think) always click painfully when i do the D shaped leg lowers...they do this with criss cross abs and criss cross scissors too. Ive been doing your videos for about 3 years now and they have always clicked without it getting any better. what can i do and why does this happen??

    that last move felt so weird to me. Im not sure if i did it right. where are you supposed to feel the burn? I felt it on my ab area because you have to push yourself up and then down with control

    I don't want my thighs to bulk up or get bigger in any way.. I really want them to get smaller but I'm not re what to do in order to reach my goal. will these moves help or do I just need to try to run like crazy everyday (Running long distance is so hard). I'm already dieting but I'm wanting to make them smaller and then tone them up. Please help me out with tips!

    Saw this video of yours and I absolutely love the moves you have put together. I started Pilates a few months ago and I fell in love with it. I love exercising with you cause you make me forget I'm exercising....more like girls bonding time to exercise...you talk and I listen/imitate and before I knew it we're done with the moves.     It always takes ages for me to motivate myself to do my calendar each day but when I actually complete the suggested workouts for each day I always end up doing an extra few more! Totally worth it :)
