Very beautiful Coelogyne tomentosa, we have these a lot in Indonesia but never see them look as healthy as this plant. You make me want to collect it also.
With your extensive orchid collection, I enjoy watching you describe them - makes me feel like they are physically in front of me. I also like that round wire hanging basket idea to put your pot in and the cascading flowers look beautiful against the dark pot and the horizontal lines. Thanks once again.
Gorgeous ceologeny blooms, love your cattleyas! The encyclical garciana is lovely, however I'm intrigued for its beautiful scent that you are describing it! I think it's gone into my wishlist orchids for 2023! Thanks very much for sharing and have a great Christmas and happy new year?
Thank you so much, Howard, for your interesting video! All of the plants you've described are amazing! Now Prosthechea garciana is the new type of orchids that I"d like to acquire)
Hello Howard. This is infact swaniana x tomentosa. Pure tomentosa has rounder form, more substrance and ochre light yellow flowers and a wider lip. There is also avaliable swaniana x odoardii which is a very insteresting hybrid as well.
Glad you found it helpful. My C. tomentosa came from a friend but it should be reasonably widely available to buy as either C. tomentosa or C. massangeana. I see that Burnham Nurseries have it listed at the moment.

Glad you enjoyed it. The Prosthechea garciana is definitely one to add to your collection when you find one.
The cattleya looks like Laeliocattleya Cracicata
