@@bendagostino2217 not really, you smoke a cigar solely for taste and mouthfeel and when you light it like that you burn the tobacco too hot making the cigar taste bitter and it will not follow the same flavor profile the master blender made.

Bert put his mouth on the cigar before he cut it. Big no-no. And I agree with the folks below...you toast the bottom of the stogie patiently with the tip of the flame for about 60 seconds until it's lit. THEN you put it in your mouth. You'll burn the tobacco if you draw while lighting. Lessons I learned the tough way. Burning the goodness inside eliminates the subtle notes. Ok. I'm done being a dick.

It's generally considered to be better since p much nobody who smokes cigars smokes more than like 1 a week. Even weed smoke is carcinogenic but it's not attributed to lung cancer cuz you aren't smoking like 20 joints in a day, while someone could easily kill a pack of cigs in a day

There is a couple differences. Your not meant to inhale cigar smoke directly into your lungs, whereas you do cigs. They are less addictive than cigarettes so you smoke it less too.
I some a cigar everyday when the weather is nice. Don’t snake any in the winter.
