love the Storm, am a HUGE longtime Journey/Steve Perry (and also now Arnel Pineda) fan... this group is so underrated, I loved them... great song, heartfelt...
I went to H.S. with Kevin Chalfant and remember him playing at all the school dances. So proud to have a friend and classmate that i can say MADE IT BIG!
This band featured three of Journey's former members (two of whom were founding members) - Gregg Rolie as keyboardist, Ross Valory on bass, and Steve Smith on drums. Gregg Rolie co-founder of Santana & Journey
This is the band formed out of the 80's break-up of Journey ............ As well around 1994 Kevin was Frontman for Journey and now also does a show called Kevin Chalfant's Journey Experience ........... a great friend and humble person with talent
Good ear! I listened to You Better Wait by Steve Perry on repeat as an endurance challenge for several multi-hour blocks, but I started with this song originally.
@mark62269 yes and they are GREAT singers/instrumentalists in their OWN right, and I've been a JOURNEY gal from day #1 through ALL the "changes"... they ALL have contributed their thing to JOURNEY all through the yes and credit should be given to ALL where due...
Maybe the Band from Sevilla had the same name, but didn't copyrighted outside Spain territories, so that's mean that doesn't matter if the Storm you say were from 1968 the United States Band Storm created in 1991 it's legal and copyrighted with musicians worldwide known. I'm an ASCAP Composer/Writer/Publisher and Library Of Congress Register and this work like this...Copyrighted Worldwide. Sorry for your Sevilla Band, but maybe the went off with the Storm or...Hurricane.
bradley melidosian you people are smoking crack he is talented but I can tell it's not the one they call the VOICE, to bad Mr Perry is stuck on himself
What are you saying man?...seriously..doesn't matter..here we are for THE STORM..American Band since 1991..a superband of melodic rock!!!
As a sort of endurance challenge to myself, I forced myself to listen to this song constantly, nonstop for over 5 hours. True story.
love the Storm, am a HUGE longtime Journey/Steve Perry (and also now Arnel Pineda) fan... this group is so underrated, I loved them... great song, heartfelt...
