I'm only 15, but my music library consists only of bands from the 60s-80s. It's a real shame how music like this isn't created anymore. I was raised on Slaughter, Rush, Styx, The Sweet. And I will go to my grave listening to these bands, regardless of the fact that most of my generation have parents who've failed to introduce them to this kind of music. I'm frowned upon for listening to vintage music, when most kids these days are listening to mindless rap, or unoriginal rock.

I met Mark back in 99 on the first Poison comeback tour when they got CCDeville back. Mark was a real cool guy and he laughed when I had him sign my Vinnie Vincent CD with him on it. He loves that cd but Vinnie just stopped playing and went into a drinking phase forcing Mark to do his own thing. Mark is one of the all time greatest singers.

Uh, Mark Slaughter always had a shit voice, and there's plenty of singers/guitarists doing their thing better than the guys in Slaughter ever could. Also, Slaughter was a C-level band, at best.
