RE la Himalayan decent dha bro no more value for money. Hero Xpulse 200 best value for money and can do what Himalayan do on off roads...
PS: I am a Himalayan user but when I recently rode my friend's Xpulse 200 4v on our off-road track, I felt that's great value for money than my Himalayan.
I would say the best series in RE is it's 650 twins (GT& Interceptor) as of now.

Why should ride bike within 40kmph till 1st service or till reach 1000km.What does it mean actually? :-
Well, its not actually the speed. Its the RPM that you have to care about. And the recommended rpm is in the speed range of 40-50km so it is said like that.
The reason behind it is 'breaking in'.
'Break in' is the term used to denote the adaptability of a new engine for all ride conditions.
A newly made engine bore and piston are not purely smooth. It will have slightly rough surface and as we keep using it, metallic powder will be formed due to the friction of piston and the surroundings. And slowly the piston and the bore will be smoothened too. Now this metallic grains formed due to friction will get mixed in the oil that the whole engine is immersed in.
If the engine is used hard (by opening the throttle a lot), the piston will move very fast and the metallic grains in the oil can cause damage to the smooth metallic surfaces, piston ring and other engine parts. That is why the speed (in fact engine RPM) has to be kept low.
By the time of first service the engine oil will be containing a fair amount of metallic grains and also the oil filter, will be kind of clogged. That is the reason for oil and oil filter is advised to be change during the first service.
If the bike is running at 40kmph in 1st gear, the engine rpm will be too high. While in the 4th or 5th gear, it'll be low for same speed. That is the reason why rpm should be cared more than speed.
This small care results increased bikes performance throughout its life time and slight less maintenance .
