      Until they find something better than chemo, chemo is saving lives. I am not against it.

    One of the things I offer to my holistic wellness and healing clients is transforming their fear of their cancer returning into empowerment.
    Pairing the energetics and emotional and subconscious pieces with your suggestions is an excellent approach.
    Transmuting the fear allows all of the physical actions, like eating well and exercising, and not drinking and smoking, etcetera to work so much more effectively.

      What kind of holistic wellness? I felt really good combining sound healing, yoga, acupuncture and reiki during my 4 months of chemotherapy. I really need hypnotherapy and meditation right now 🧘‍♀️ for mental resilience because of this fear.

    What is your opinion on organic vs not , Dr Amy?

    • @Vanderful_life
      @Vanderful_life หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Organic is scary term those days
      If you know farmer and trust them to have organic - yes !
      If from shop and 3x price without being sure - no.
      Community gardens and exchange with neighbours!

      I'm not a certified expert on organic farming and our countries strict standards for our produce to be certified organic. I take the safe route and I eat all my produce and whole grains organicly grown. It will spare you from consuming a large percentage of pesticides. If you eat oatmeal make sure you buy organic. Only organic oats can guarantee the oats were not grown with glycophosphate. Quaker oats has glycophashate which is proven to cause cancer. Look at the current dirty dozen list of produce for pesticides. That comes from the department of agriculture.

      @@celticsunise4ever Thanks for the heads up. I buy organic Einkorn whole grain wheat pasta from Italy. I'll buy my oats from Italy too. I buy my extra virgin olive oil from a single estate in Italy. Good high quality agriculture in Italy.
