My Ford Raptor with the 37 package gets 18-19 mpg on the highway, and I live in Portland where the highway is constant uphill and downhill, worst of the worst. Seems like the hybrid doesn’t do any better than just a regular turbo V6 😅. I’m kinda disappointed in Toyota’s engineering with their turbo engines. This Sequoia and the Tundra TRD Pro are on 33s, so getting the same mpg as a Baja truck on 37s is pretty disappointing.
To many extra weights, that's way it's not good. That roof rack creates air drag and weights like the running board , side mirror is wide. Tires is wide , that's way, if you got the basic SR5 Sequoia I think you will get that MPG on window sticker ...
The MPG on the Window sticker is for the TRD Pro not the standard Sequoia. Each window sticker is specific for that trim. The only extra that is not accounted for is the roof rack because it is an option.
Seriously, do people who can afford these whine about the gas mileage? The same people who are in love with the v8? its has its drawbacks but certainly not as big as these people make it to be. lmao I'll be getting a 2025 Sequoia, after they fix and tweak shit.
It is Large enough on the outside that it is required to have the wide body orange lights on the grille and the mirrors same as the Bronco Raptor and F- 150 Raptor.
