Great review for checking the actual mpg. I have the same Seltos 24 Sx, but it's still new with just over 1000 miles. So far my mpg has been considerable less than yours, but it also hasn't been broken in yet and the weather has been colder. I live just north of you in Wisconsin. There is a couple other questions I'm curious about though. Do you have the same stock tires and what what was your cold tire pressure set at? I'm also assuming that in March in Illinois, they still are using winter blend gasoline, which will lower the mpg a little. As to the difference between the mpg gauge and actual, I think Kia is just being overly optimistic :)

Except its storage isnt great. As grand highlander can carry more cargo and get better has milesge but, yes Sequoia, is better for off roads.

Last week I bought a Tacoma TRD off-road (premium package) for out the door of $49,000. Sticker was $55,095. So far at 779 miles. No issues and no problems. The Chevy Colorado does look cool. Unfortunately I never got to test drive one. I do think this year GMC, Toyota, Ford, and Chevy got it right with the midsize trucks. I like the designs of all. They all look unique in their one way that sets it apart from others. Great video. :) 😁

The Frontier is pretty much the way to go. UNLESS you want stealership-required maintenance, then get a run of the mill turbo 4, maintenance intensive, engine

The Colorado is a good looking truck and pretty proven engine and drivetrain. But gimmicky with the ruler tailgate and headlight controls in the touchscreen. KISS and put the light control back on the steering column stalks. Tacoma was designed in the US (from what I understand) and now we see the results. Heck the rear bench seats don't even stay folded up, they put in a strap with snaps to hold the bench seat up. WTF?

Fourth gen Tacoma; hands down the best mid-sized truck. Not because of the unknown(s) of the new power plant but Toyota’s reputation overall.

The new Tacoma looks cheap. Based off looks alone I’d go with the Colorado and I have a 3rd gen Tacoma. We’ll see how reliable these 4 cylinders are in a few years and maybe I’ll trade for something newer.

Powertrain needs lotta work. Jerky, lugging feeling during acceleration, rough engine on and off and pining noise from engine...

I have one. The blended commute mileage is very good. 17 miles each way. I can go all electric, i dont. I probably average 50mpg per day commuting. Sometimes better. Road trips get me 38 or so 100 miles.

Nothing more than a cheap gimmick to be putting a nightshade trim, which implies superior performance, on the base engine, the Atkinson 4 with a CVT. It cheapens the trim. $51K to have to listen to that all day. Even worse, the trim isn’t even available with the hybrid max. Lexus at least thought it out better, putting their nightshade versions, which they call Black Line, on the top performance models, like The RX with the 500h.

Right now my truck gives 50.8 mpg average
