  • This fast pace soft spoken ASMR hypnosis for those with ADHD and hyposensitivity will show you how to massage the longest cranial nerve in the body (the vagus nerve) using Auriculotherapy. It will also teach you to examine the level of tension in your body before and after the procedure so you can assess the effectiveness of the technique. This video includes multiple ASMR triggers and concludes with a deep sleep induction and extended pink noise soundscape to stabilise sleep cycles.

The ADHD brain has been shown to release less dopamine in response to sensory stimuli than the neurotypical brain, this means those with ADHD are constantly seeking out more intense sensory experiences to help them to engage with and stay focused in the world.

One of the best ASMR channels, and this video is esp strong in its contrast to others--which are also excellent-- by the ASMR Psych.

Thank you. You provided a very needed reprieve/reset for me today. Auricular therapy intrigues me. It's a piece of how I quit tobacco ten years ago also. Might you recommend a reliable resource that I could learn more about it, from?

Thank you. I just wanted to comment that the beginning text of your video was not so easy to read. Just sharing, and I appreciate your channel!
