- This whispered ASMR meditation will show you a technique called Auriculotherapy, used to stimulate the cranial vagus nerve to induce a deep state of relaxation through the release of oxytocin and melatonin, demonstrated in the literature to have potential in treating insomnia. It will also teach you to exam the level of tension in your body before and after the procedure so you can assess the effectiveness of the technique. This video includes multiple ASMR triggers and concludes with a deep sleep induction and extended pink noise soundscape to stabilise sleep cycles.

Thanks for taking the time to create something for those with sensory and emotional support for those who are in quarantine. Appreciate you helping people relax and heal. Thanks so much for thinking about others.
My pleasure my friend, sweet dreams xx
No other sleep hypnotherapist I have found on you tube are not even close to how effective these are. ,

I love all these extra effects in your videos, very unique and mesmerizing 🦋💜
Expertly crafted video!
Love the ‘sleep’ bit in each ear at the end and then the transition into soothing sounds. I had to go back and listen to it again because I was fast asleep the first time! 😁 Thank you!
Very relaxing✨😊✨
Did the screen go black but audio remain at 6:52 for anyone else?
What app do you use for video editing?
Is is the screen supposed to be black for most of this? Would be helpful for a visual of the technique
You’re the best friend
