    I have a request..I looked through your channel and haven't noticed any meditations..I think you'd be awesome doing them..maybe do a chakra cleansing one where you apply the focusing of the endocrine system..when I meditate I always focus on those areas until I feel the glands pulsing and try releasing those chemicals upwards to my crown..it's an amazing feeling if you haven't tried it..Dr.joe dispenza does these medications alot but hasn't got your soft voice/asmr/psychology skill you have..just a thought..and I'm really enjoying your channel..the stuff I'm learning here is gonna help alot of people I'm working with..love and light❤️❤️❤️

      That’s so cool how you are able to squeeze those chemicals up to your crown. I want to start meditating consistently. I meditated a few times to dispenza and I know that’s not enough to be able to squeeze those chemicals up and really feel your energies but do you have maybe a tip or should I just try it till I get it? I guess if I believe in it I will get there..

      @@Mondscheinelfe it took alot of practice..I started with kundilini meditation where I focus on all the chakras..for example I start with root and meditate til I feel it pulsing, then move up the chakras doing the same thing til I reach the crown..it takes practice..for me the easiest chakras to feel is 3rd eye, throat and heart chakras..it feels like a thumping
