Hey man. great project. When you took off the magnet section, there were drill holes for balancing on the outside. if you put them in the same place they were, the vibration will be gone/much less.

Dude take a bldc motor and directly connect the wires to both motors to geather color for color,connect drill to shaft and turn drill on slowly while giving slight spin on the other motor and it will run the motor with slot of power

Usually, this motor stayed in the original circuit board is less powerful than d.c brushed motor. Did it become powerful one after using your circuit board? I think you need to change to muti-strong magnetic pieces instead keep on using the original ring magnet!

I tried by just guessing the quantity, distance apart, and polarity. I resoldered the coils for the "Y" format. It was a no go. I know the ESC worked too.
I ran a magnet on the original magnet to find the number of magnets and polarity, but that may be the problem in the first place. Reconfiguring the coils means the magnetics probably need to be reconfigured as well.

Thanks for sharing; But at 2.42 you shouldn't dip the gun tip into acid like that, doing so would shortern your tip life. Best way is to scrape it by a razor blade first.
I bet you change the tip every one or two months instead of every two years.

No hall sensor I see it, your output driver is 3phase right? Square wave or sine wave?

All motor of printer and copier have hall sensor. and pcb on motor is its driver circuit. we just need to supply 24v 5v and signal pwm to the CLK pin and it will work. No need to buy ESC. because its driver circuit is very good. use sanken sla6024 power ic and lb18xx driver ic
