    Nice review … you’ve got good enthusiasm! … I stumbled across a 2011 MCA Edition (129k miles) with every single option (Pony, Premium, Electronics packages) except the Performance pack. Well, I got excited when I found out Shelby thought so much about this car they actually made a Shelby GTS out of these things! Mostly cosmetic but they did change the rear differential gears to 373’s, 19x8.5 rims from the GT and stiffer shocks! Why? Because the transmissions and rear suspension setup is from the GT!!! So all I’ve done to mine (it came from the factory with the 18” wheels and performance tires) is Koni Yellow adjustable shocks and 91 Octane fuel! It takes about 3 full tanks for the computer to adjust multiple parameters and like magic you don’t need to buy a separate tuner! Wow! What a difference!!! If you can put 93 in your car, then do it for three tanks and put the results on your You Tube channel! Seriously, these two performance mods and Ford Racing axle backs have transformed this Secretary Special into a Grand Sport Touring daily driver (automatic) sensation!!! More fun to drive than my 2005 BMW 330xi 4x4 sedan!!! The only other thing I did was disconnect the battery for 30 minutes which reset the ecm back to factory specs which seemed to reset the engine and transmission to sync up to each other for better, more crisp shifting. and I drive a lot with the downhill assist (push the little button on the side of the gear shift that illuminates the little yellow light on the dash) and the car downshifts for you in spirited driving! Absolutely the BEST bang for the buck of any used car on the market … PERIOD!!! Truly a performance marvel! And with 21/31 mpg it’s also great smiles per mile!!!

    It’s cool seeing the slight differences in this model and the next model the 13-14. I have the premium 14, and it’s the last of this body style, the “retro-futurism” body style. Love the car bro.

    • @beepbeepmichael

      Yes. I definitely agree. Tbh I don’t know if I like the 10-12 or 13-14 style better since I love them both so much. Enjoy your car and I’m glad you liked the video!

      Thank you very much. I appreciate it I’ve seen them and for $20 it’s tempting but at this point it’s a 136k mile car and it’s not perfect so it don’t really care lol

      @beepbeepmichael Hey, understand. I'm stupid for details and got my 12' GT in late 2015 and she had 9k on the odo. She was basically new and I've tried to keep her that way. I did make one major mistake. I hated the factory radio though it was the top dog, the Shaker 1000 with 1000 watts and the factory sub in the trunk, there was no nav or rear camera. I made the huge mistake of going with the Navos unit from American Muscle and dropped $899 for a unit that hasn't worked right since I got it and American Muscle has ignored my calls after purchase stating they just sell it. They don't stand behind it or honor any warranty. Now, I'm looking to replace it.

    I have a 2011 GT, but I did consider getting the V6 because the jump in power to 315hp was more than previous 4.6V8. Hell the 2008 Bullitt only had like 310hp. These are sleepers. I have the same interior color which I really like, it was special order with comfort package and pretty rare.

    That’s not the stock radio. When I was doing research I saw that radio on Amazon for really cheap but many people said they had problems with it. Specifically with the climate controls. I ended up going with the Dynavin 8 for my Mustang . Twice as expensive but no issues.

    • @beepbeepmichael
      @beepbeepmichael  หลายเดือนก่อน

      I plan on keeping it for a very long time. Until it gets replaced by another Mustang. I didn’t really say it in that review. But I don’t drive the car that often. It’s my fun car. My Impala is my project car. And the blue Honda Civic in my profile photo that I don’t really review is my daily driver. It has 215,000 miles on it and it’s the car we use every day we rack up a ton of miles on it for being a 2014 and that’s the car that has the majority of miles on it. So just to reiterate, I will be keeping the mustang until the unforeseeable future. And as for mileage, I really don’t know, depending on what happens with the civic. And since we’re in the market for a brand new civic. I’m assuming it’ll stay about 5000 miles a year for a bit. And then probably go up.
