What is EFT and Why is it so Effective? |

What is EFT? Emotional Freedom Technique. Also known as Tapping.
In South Africa, EFT is an electronic funds transfer. It is when money gets sent or appears in your account. And although the EFT I talk about in this video, is not money going into your bank account, it is something similar to money going into your emotional bank account.
Also, you get to clear unwanted or negative emotions using EFT - fast.
