I work midnight to 8am as an emergency dispatcher at the county 911 center so I watch during my down time, when I have it. Always find something to take away from it to help with my newly establishing 40 gal breeder planted low tech. Can't wait for it to mature a bit more and fill it with community fish.
I really like the simplicity of your test strips because, as you said, I'm lazy and want it to be quick and accurate. Something I've noticed while watching your videos, if you sell it, it's a quality product because you've invested the time, take pride and responsibility for the products you offer and for that I thank you. Another reason I joined the club, you offer good intelligent information, tips, and tricks.
You made me literally laugh out loud with your garlic bread/fertilizer in the aquarium analogy LMAO
Oh, and pizza - Hawaiian - pineapple belongs on pizza with bacon, ham, and a nice sweet sauce! SMOG (sausage, mushroom, onion, and green peppers) is also a great choice.
OH!!!! Costco has the Kirkland brand Polish again - available in some stores and online. I live in Rochester, NY and can't have it delivered here so I had 6 packs sent to my parents house in Chicago then brought them back home on the plane in my 2nd checked bag last month LOL I checked and you can have them delivered to the shops zip code.

I'm not a member yet. Wish I could be but I recently lost my job. I'm old as dirt and started my first aquarium when I was 8 to 10 years old. My mom had an aquarium all her life. I like your more laid back approach to the hobby. I have a master test kit but rarely use it. When I set up a tank I scape it, plant it and leave it alone. I watch for the bacteria bloom and when I see that I wait a bit more. Other hobbyists are horrified by that so I don't say much in my local group. I also love the small tanks and I don't think they are harder than a large tank. It is a matter of balancing things and not doing frequent/large water changes. I still screw up sometimes but really there are few failures. If something doesn't work that is gaining knowledge. Have a Happy Turkey Day!

the only Coop test strip test that doenst well work for me is PH. consistently lower than my liquid test kits. (and electronic PH reader from LFS) However it is still worth the cost to test the rest of the parameters quickly.
Love my last 5 moss balls I’ve had for a couple years. Can’t wait for them to be available again. My favorites 💚
I actually went to my local fish store today and found new moss balls that are guaranteed to be muscle free so they are coming back. This is in Canada though. Not sure about in other countries

I would rather spend more on a product that lasts a lot longer. I also appreciate and will pay more for eco friendly packaging that I can shred and put into my compost. I don't like making waste that can't be used or, at the least, recycled. I've really enjoyed all of the co-op manufactured products. I love my specimen container most of all I think... well, then there's the heater... which I love... Oh yeah and the nets. Ehem, you get my point here. Hope everyone has a great holiday!
YES...! Dominoes is best bang for your pizza buck...! Not bad pizza either... Can't beat 3 toppings pizza for 7.99 here in Florida...!!! Used to live on Freshetta/Digiorno but they've gotten too expensive, so for a dollar more, I choose Domino's...!
55:59 56:00 @Aquarium Coop. Hi Cory. I’m relatively new to fish keeping and have set up a second smaller tank in my living room which I wanted to be a specialized tank though it’s only 12 gallons. It is well planted and running nice and stable.
Cory, I currently have 3 Albino Cory Catfish and some Albino Shrimp and want this tank to be an Albino Only tank. What varieties of calm compatible Albinos can you think of that I can be on the lookout for. As time goes by I can easily see this becoming a much larger tank, though I expect having to abandon shrimp from the population.
I really enjoy your streams and videos, and highly value your experience.

Iv used garlic for ich. Crush garlic use the juice and add pellet food to soak it up then feed more than usual and within a week it should be gone and increase water temperature
It boots the immune system of the fish

We've considered it, we used to do that style a few years back when I was at the store and such more.
Fish keeping feels like it’s on the decline… even I’m shutting down my tank, and I’m not sure when I’ll set them up again. Just a combination of recent events and general inflation that makes it all feel a little overwhelming.
Maybe it’s just me.

I am not saying this IS the case, I am a big fan BUT it seems like all of these things that you are saying you have to do (film the fish room, make videos, work 18 hrs, etc.) are situations you have created for yourself. Comes across as if you are blaming your fans or customers for forcing you to be in this situation. Like do whatever you want to do, id never be upset with you for not live-streaming or not coming out with a video every week or whatever the schedule is.
That's on me, not my intention to blame fans. It's 100% self induced from just juggling all my duties for the business.

I heard aquarium co-op products are really great. But not available in both countries I have aquariums in. India and Australia 🥲🥲
