Thank you for showcasing 10 gallon community aquariums! The secluded times of covid brought me back to fishkeeping. Your channel has taught me so much about giving these little fishies their best life. I have a few 10 gallons. Each had a betta along with a mystery snail and tetras. Now I am venturing into a 40b. I hope you will show more fish combos in each size aquarium. Can we have a tour of your aquariums and pond? Like a real life tour. Who cares if there algae on the glass or wherever. I'm sure the fish, snails, shrimp like it that way.
I love these kinds of videos gives me great ideas! I’m a woman with a 10 & 37 gallon. Lol! I’m just getting back into the hobby seriously this time. I’ve got minnows, zebra danios & endlers currently.
I have to partially disagree on zebra danios and white clouds for 2 main reasons. Firstly the minnows naturally hover in place at night which is a really cool behaviour, but the danios will prevent that. Second, the minnows will breed quite successfully with no intervention if they're kept species only. It's not a bad combo, but you can get way more out of your white clouds if you leave the zebras at the store.
Neon tetra in a 10? Heck, I've got them in my 55. I absolutely love a giant group of them together and a little gourami in there to make them school up a bit

Hi, I'm a newbie fishkeeper, I have a 10 gallon tank with 8 Black skirt tetras. Is that too much or can I still add a couple of fishes with a different kind? Any info will be so helpful 🙂
As a kid I had a tank of beautiful guppies that came from keeping the most colorful feeder guppies. Technically they came from a 25 gallon common tank, but I kept the best looking one in a 10 gallon tank in the living room. Once you learn to not mess with the tank much and have a bunch of bushy easy to grow plants for the fry to survive amongst that population will explode.
Since John very fond of cichlids, a pair of German Blue Ram and few nerite snails! they have stunning coloration and active fish also they wont destroy your plant in the tank, plus you'll might get some little junior from the pair if the conditions are fit!

I am looking into getting a 10 gallon but want different fish- thank you for this! I have been looking into getting 3 cherry barbs and 3 guppies. Do you think those would do well in a 10 gallon?
i have a 10 gal. fish thank with 17 fish in it. The tank has so many plants small and large that I can only see maybe 4 or 5 fish at a time. I have 13 small tetras that are one inch in size and 4 female bettas. Most of the tetras I've had for over 3-4 years and no deaths, but I do lose maybe 1 betta every 8 months for some reason. The water is clean and no odor, even though I have some Algie on the plants and the back wall. Should I reduce the number of fish or is it ok???
10 gall of mine , 7 rasbora neon green, 5 rasbo harlequin, 3 rasbora galaxy,2 corydoras,2 otocinclus,13 cherry srimp,5 snails, set up jungle with a lot of plants a lot !! 😂i hve been keep them for 9 month
Would Kuhli Loaches and Mollies or Platies be ok? Also are different sub species of Mollies or Platies ok? Like orange and blue Platies or should it be one color, idk if they are technically different animals or just different morphs
I have a lovely, blue, Veiltail Betta with two mystery snails. My son and I agree that the snails are really the star of the show. The betta is beautiful, but the snails bring the interest.

Nowadays most men young too, have difficulty finding a woman anyway with or without a big masculine tank and only few of us is really interested in a man who is boring; but at least a man with a big basement and big tanks can provide a good life too; so should be fine. We will in secret add a few cute guppies or a gourami in to his tank while he’s at work or sleeping or watches sports 😅
I have 4 red eye tetras in a 10 gallon 4 year old tank. 4 because thats all the store had when I bought them. I want to get a couple more, what other fish would you recomend to add color to the tank. It is heavily planted.
Can you please make one for a 29 gallon? With maybe 3 combinations of fish(shrimp/snails)? Loved it. Whats a third fish that would look Great in a 29 with cardinals and harleyquins for example.
What about one Red Tail Shark? A pair of Blue or Gold Rams, Kribensis or Apistograma (if u can find them)? A Small Clown Pleco, or more? 3 Skunk Loaches, but no shrimp or snails. What if u went w a more aggressive route w some Dwarf Parrot Cichlids aka Jelly Bean Cichlids?

I have 13 small tetras that are one inch in size and 4 female bettas. Most of the tetras I've had for over 3-4 years and no deaths, but I do lose maybe 1 betta every 8 months for some reason. The water is clean and no odor, even though I have some Algie on the plants and the back wall. Should I reduce the number of fish or is it ok???
Quantities?
I have kept Minnows with Panchax.. And shrimps with Cardinals. And bettas with Cory cats..
You're allowed to say dwarf it's ok lamo 😂 great list!
What do you do with all the babies?????? I had guppies and they overwhelmed my tank. What can I do with all of the fish?
I have a powder blue gourami, red glo fish, and two African frogs and they all do well together.
Loved this video! Could this also apply for a 5 gallon? Just fewer fish?
Best video ever posted simply for the commentary
I honestly find that statement slightly offensive because I am 15 and I am a male and I love, keeping neon Tetris and guppies!!
Great video! Got my Oscar shirt looks great. Can't wait to get the Beta one.
Hi edagdwg God bless you thanks for sharing love watching pat fish enjoying each other a forever loving fan Linda j.peace
Repent now and trust Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior please🥰
John 3:13 for God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son that whoever believes in him should not perish but have everlasting life!😇❤❗
I absolutely love your videos!
What's a good combo in a 55gal tank with a BETTA? Tank is 68"x13"x20" 55gal. Thinking I could add some different fish since it's bigger than a 10gal
Love from Mauritius Island.
Can you do this for 20 and 40 gallon tanks as well?
I currently have a 10 gallon with NO life in it. It’s cycling, and will be for a long time because I just can’t decide what to put in it!
It is my 14th tank…
How many danios and white clouds would you put in that 10 gallon tank?
Curious about this myself
A 10 gallon, according to a pestore I don't shop at anymore, is perfect for 2 goldfish and a common pleco. Just remember to "cycle for 24 hours first!"
where can we get that awesome little dome feeder you have in the footage of the kuhli's eating please ?
Dinner.. WOW.... that means to eat more then one meal a day.. amazing.. I'm so envy you :)
This savage man has one 4’ tank and 6 nano tanks. I love small fish and some of them have great personalities, especially crown killi and CPDs.
Nice timing as I am looking t tank mates for my 10 Zebra Danios in a 29 gallon
So can add neon tetras with my pea puffers 20 gallon long tank
Just the video i was looking for.....got a 15 gallon hexagon tank that has been empty since my great grandson emptied a bottle of fish food in the tank and i hadnt looked at it for 3 days( i am pretty much bed bound) he is old enough now that i want to get fish again so when i can get up i have something intteresting to look at.
A school of cpd’s and a single betta. The color is amazing and I’ve never seen a Betta more relaxed.
The important thing is that they are fast because if you have a betta you know how he behaves if he has movement near him😂
I have 10 G and 8 CPDs. Any suggestions?
I know you said not too but another idea is dwarf gold barbs and asian stone catfish. No heater needed
Hahahahaha a Basement Dwelling Savage! 😅😂😂😂😂….
1 male betta, cardinals/neons, and snails/shrimp is my favorite 10 gallon combo
Can you please make one for a 29 gallon? With maybe 3 combinations of fish(shrimp/snails)? Loved it. Whats a third fish that would look Great in a 29 with cardinals and harleyquins for example.
Excuse me my husband is a big burley man that adores his lil hermit crabs 🤣🤣🤣
If you have guppies and shrimp in a 10 gallon what do you do when your tank is overrun with babies?
I've been giving mine to a local fish store
(Lisa)
I am one of the people who cant keep guppies alive but can keep fancy goldfish and bichirs alive
