- Sometimes nerves get the best of people when auditioning for Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.

CMT’s longest running original non-music series, Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders: Making The Team, returns for its eleventh season on Thu, Aug 25 at 9/8c.
The series will follow a new group of hopefuls who compete to fulfill their lifelong dream of landing a highly coveted spot on the elite Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders squad. Melissa Rycroft returns to mentor the new recruits, while Kellie Pickler makes a surprise visit to Training Camp to learn some moves and share insight into how she handles being in the spotlight. Fellow Texan and Grammy Award-winner Kacey Musgraves will also stop by to talk to the girls about staying true to themselves, and share her stand-out picks to make the team.

This seems more like a puddle of sweat from a young woman dancing for hours on end for a minimum wage job and ridiculous standards

Bright Moonlight it was the choice of people to work for cents while risking getting their body parts chopped off. That didn’t make it okay. There’s a reason why labor laws exist. Billion dollar companies shouldn’t pay their workers pennies.
I bet they get plenty of cash on the side with club appearances and side jobs, I live in Pittsburgh so I couldn't tell you what cheerleaders do tho, wish we had some lately to keep our minds,off how bad the Stillers are!

It truly is vanity at it's best. Shame on these two, trying to use half- dressed, nice Christian girls to show off the DC franchise. It's wrong to talk about/glorify God and then parade half-dressed girls around, causing googly-eyed men to drool into their beer cans
That lady was nice, she was trying to show that it's a normal thing so people wouldn't make fun of whoever peed.
Exactly , if you think about it , it DOES happen while doing these amazing kicks and splits and jumps , I can’t imagine doing that with a regular bladder haha

It could have been during the split at the end. That would leave the puddle.
Do you see their shorts? It is most definitely possible. Especially with the flexing of their legs over and over which could further cause it to come out faster.
Idk it could have happened tho, probably didn’t show the footage because it would have been disrespectful and humiliating.

I had one of my cheerleaders accidentally pee while practicing. We did the same thing. Distract the rest of the girls while we could get some cleanup. It happens.
did it happen also to one or some of the other dancers in your group? have they told you about that? Im sure, you talking about these things with each other. There are quite a few videos on youtube where it happens to female weightlifters lifting very heavy weights!
I always wear my pee pee pads heck I can't laugh or sneeze without it.

I saw it (by doing my job) several times at some dancers under their pantyhose: so those oval pads in beige color are used to avoid pee-shots getting out when dancing? does it happen often? Because I wonder: if any is on her periode, she should wear Tampon of course and than WHAT could be the use of those pads, clearly visible when throwing their legs in the air? As a professinonal Cameraman and Editor we have JUST NOW many carneval-shows with dancers in traditionally very short skirts on stage (you can find hundreds of them on youtube) and when editing those recordings for the TVstation, I noticed several girls wearing those pads and always asked myself: whats the purpose of this - since of course they can NOT replace any napkin or tampon!

There ankles aren't snapping down there letting there leg just fall. There stepping behind which is why all of them are struggling to get height. There arms aren't thight enough making there line unstable and shifty

My daughter's teammate's tampon fell out while playing basketball. High school basketball, the referee calmly picked it up and looked at it really closely then threw it in the score table😷
I can understand it falling out, maybe she didn't have it in right to begin with, but it must have had a life of it's own if it managed to struggle it's way out of her panties and shorts to get loose, lol.

MJ coming from someone who does both competitive and sideline cheerleading this is not cheerleading this is dance. Now us cheerleaders are getting stereotypes everyday cause of this show and movies like bring it on. There is nothing wrong with dancers they are just as competitive and as much as a sport as cheer is but this is not cheerleading not one bit.
Agreed. I’m 13 and a level 5 cheerleader.... I think I have more skills then any of the so called “cheerleaders”. They don’t even stunt or tumble! In school cheer at least you sorta stunt.
