Extreme Long Range shooting competition "Spring Canyon" 2292-3700 yards Long Distance Shooting

This was my first time shooting Extreme long range at Spring Canyon and it didn't disappoint. I've heard from other competitors how difficult it can be and thats no lie. Even in the minimal winds, we still fought thermals, downdrafts, and unexplainable wind currents. Needless to say it was a total blast. I ended up in 2nd place out of 35 competitors!

I was shooting a 375 Cheytac in that video. At that distance it is still traveling about 930 feet per second.

At 3700 yards the bullet is still traveling at 922 feet per second, which equates to 755 ft lbs of energy, or roughly 2.5x the energy of a 9mm handgun round at point blank range.
