Shooting Extreme Long Range at Spearpoint Ranch 1565 to 2913 yards with my 416 Stroker May 2023

Best draw of my life, being second shooter of the day. How will it play out for me when the conditions are favorable for once? This match started with cold bore at 1565 then T1 was at 1666 yards. Target 2 was 1860 yards, T3 1943, T4 2073, T5 2203 and and the far plate was 2913 yards. This rifle is a custom built 416 Stroker, its a wildcat of the 408 Cheytac parent case. With about 144 grains of powder, I launch a 500 grain Cutting Edge Lazer at just over 2900 feet per second.
The rifle is built on a Pierce 10X lefty action, Bartlein 38" barrel, Manners Composite Stocks LRT carbon fiber, Terminator T5 muzzle brake, Triggertech Diamond 2 stage trigger and an Accu-Tac WB4 bipod. The glass is Nightforce Atacr 7-35 with the mil-c reticle. It was built by Sterling Precision in Missouri.

Sorry for the delay I never saw your comment. The bipod is about 14" wide, its an Accu-Tac WB4. Targets are 3'x3'

In the 416 I run the 500 grain Lazer and I run them jammed .003"

Just built my first real elr rig, 37xc on a bat action and Bartlein barrel.
Going to try the 400 Lazers and got the advise from CE to run them at .002-.003" jump 👍

@@snajjpern we have custom reamers made for our chambers that have a steep lead angle and short freebore so we can jam them easily and chase the lands as the throat errodes. If your freebore is short enough, to allow jamming them, try it. We found the most consistency jamming because there is no chance for any gasses to escape around the bullet in a jump condition. Just shipped some of my bags to Sweden actually, and order last week and one this week as well!

@@RyanCheneyELR Yeah its an upcoming elr match here in juli so im guessing People are gearing up.
Im going to order one as well, because i built a prototype about three years ago looking like yours.
Bjt i didnt have the time to find the right materials.
And our elr match is a bit different, you run one station at a time and you do like a prs start with rifle in hand and have 3 minuter to fire 6 rounds.
1100, 1400, 1600, 1800 and 2000 meters.

Its in the terrain so a big sturdy bag can be difficult to sit right on the uneven ground.
