Great video. Loved the breakdown of pros and cons. We are so blessed to be residents of Hall County now. We love Gainesville. Now that we are residents we are going to be looking for land to build our dream home. Thank you.
Gainesville used to be a great place to live... not anymore! You’re right about some things, not all of it’s true anymore. Traffic is horrible, not to mention road rage(I see it every day) crime is unbelievable as well. Lots of things had change thanks to over population in “Hell” county... not so great anymore!
We have the Gainesville connection? We did have a true mall. But rent and leases were too high for those businesses. Traffic is bad but they’re are multiple ways to get to certain destinations learning back roads. Construction is always going on due to allocations of funds. Gainesville isn’t for the faint of heart it’s dirty, rough, it’s a type of paradise. A very Versatile city.
I'm new to Gainesville GA, I live on the other side of Sardis going towards Dawsonville, I'm still searching for Privately Own Restaurants and Privately owned Coffee Shops, if anyone sees this, please let me know if you have any suggestions or Favorite Places? God Bless you all 🙏❤
We have so many! Check out all the restaurants around the square--there is a coffee shop there too. Also, Diletto Bakery is a great locally owned coffee/bakery. Welcome to Gainesville!
SMH I use to love living in Gainesville growing up I was born and raised here. and every since 2009 it has changed and not for the better. She did not mention the homeless walking the square on drugs , drugs in general, getting rid of histoic buildings, $1400 just to rent a 1-2 bed room apartment. If you are truly from Gainesville you know how Gainesville was and how much crime, people are here now. I hate to say this because my entire family was raised here. I hate coming to Gainesville because it is not safe any more .
No real estate TH-camr or barely any are actually going to voice that kind of negative. Media doesn’t change imo. The news aren’t going to share that info either.
Do you know Rabun County? (Clayton, Tiger, GA) Rent is also crazy here, too like $1400 for a 2 bedroom shack, plus there is hardly anything in Rabun county but fast food, along with much higher gas and food prices. (Thanks to greedy business owners and rich retirees and tourists)
Thank you for that feedback. As I'm sure you will find when you watch more videos, this was one of the first ones I ever made, so my skills have gotten better since then. I'm sure you'll find more recent videos to be better.
Good suggestion, thank you for watching. The sound is better on more recent videos based on other feedback. Are you local to Gainesville or considering a move?
Do they have a carnerceria in the store? If so where's one located? I'm from California and have not had any Authentic Meican food since I've lived here, maybe I don't get around as much as I should but I have been searching for a Very Long Time.

So happy you are here! I would love to help you find your land for your dream home. Let's connect!
I remember visiting Gainesville in the late 90s. I liked the hills, the red earth and nature of the place.

I love living here! Thanks for watching.
Definitely busy I mean I live 30 mins away but it’s like an hour with traffic but it does have one of the best skateparks in GA so a 50/50

Great video, but the background music is pretty annoying at times.

Please lower down the volume of your background music on your next video..i cant seem to hear you. Great info though..

Another awesome video!
Thank you!
I like video but after living here for 4 years there are a lot more cons than listed.
Hey are you willing to tell me some of the cons?
@@happycamper925 I actually moved out of Gainesville 7 months ago but yes I can provide some later after work
@@noblewhitneyIII about the cons?
Appreciate the insight into Gainesville.
You're welcome. It's a great place to live and work!
The background music is too load and annoying
Thanks for watching. Good suggestion, I'll make sure to take note of that for the next video.
