Thank you so much! It’s no problem at all. You can just bake the bread at 405-415 Fahrenheit on a baking sheet. The baking time will be less. Around 45min .Can be also less or more . But check from time to time the bottom of the bread. If it has a good crust and sounds whole it’s done. I also recommend to put in the Ofen a baking form with water . Let it heat up during preheating the oven. It helps the bread to get a nice crust! Have fun baking!
Didn't you proof the loaf before you put it in the iron pot? Looks like you proofed it until it doubled, then you rolled it up and baked it without proofing it. Is that correct?
Hello, thank you for your comment. No, I don't let the loaf rest after the last fold. it goes straight into the hot iron pot . Because this dough already has enough time to rise beforehand. Have fun baking it!
My wife’s peanut butter cookies are my favourite! Sorry I don’t know the recipe 🙁. I’m excited that I will be milling good Ontario soft winter wheat for them on my new stone mill this year!
Hello! Yes that’s fine too. Preheat the oven and put in a heat resistent bowl with water. This helps your bread get a crispy crust. The time of baking is probably shorter (around 50 min to 1 Hour) it depends on your oven. Just knock on the bottom of your bread. If it sounds whole and you have a good crust, it's ready.
looks fantastic ! thank you for sharing !

Looks really good.
Can Semola be used rather than semolina?
Looks amazing. What can I do if I don't have the iron pot? Can I just put it in the oven?

That's wonderful! Freshly milled flour makes everything taste better.
