Iv been wanting to see if anyone agrees with this theory but for a while iv wondered how bonney and kuma that are deeply connected with saturn are also kinda connect with imu. so here me out I think imu has bonneys devil fruit and thats why he is able to use it on others, maybe a stronger version of it idk. because one thing that always bothered me is that bonney has a devil fruit power but no fruit. The devil fruits only seems to usually have 1 owner, so who owns that fruit and where could they have gotten the lineage factor for bonney to get it. The fact that her pain stems from imu and saturn, what if imu has the devil fruit that bonney uses but hes the real original user. she is able to affect multiple ppl as well as imu based on here imagination :D

This is a interesting theory, however after a short time of reading about this yokai I’m not sure the personalities matchup, imu could just be inspired by this character obviously.
