*QUESTION* : Are those chicken eggs he is using on the Okonomiyaki? If so, are they a different species than used in the USA? Maybe it's just the nighttime lighting, but the yolks look super red compared to the typical yellow I am used to seeing where I'm from..
it's a chicken egg As for the colors, I'm assuming they're using branded eggs. These eggs are more expensive than regular eggs, but they are rich and delicious. I'm studying English, so I'm sorry if it's hard to convey.

I travel through the space time continuum to warn you...be careful, this isn't all as it seems but gawd dammit is the food really great.
Ok, so cabbage,... nut quite sure but I think it's soybeans ( ? ), egg and young onion and all that in an omlette "taco" also some soy based sauce ?# Deffinitely gona try it at home, but I think I'll omit the udon noodles and mayo ^^'
