I have a 2750 on my BX25D, have had no issues with it. Had 50cm this past weekend with some 6ft drifts and it handled it like a pro. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone with a BX.

Seems like every time I see one of these snowblower demos they're moving too fast. Slow down a little and it won't jam so much.

I was told I needed a weight box on the rear to relieve stress on the front axle, is that true?

Don’t forget to add a set of Kubota BX rear wheel weights (BX8113)

I’ve used both on a BX2370 the 2350D &5450HD and I’ve gone rebuilds with both. The only difference is the fan (4 blade on the 5450HD) and 3 blade on a 2350D the 2350D is a very very stout blower. It’s just as stout as a 5450HD with the exception of the snow shoes being behind it, (huge pain, watch your cutting edges) but it’s built with age in mind. The 5450hd are built with thinner materials. Or it just feels lighter. In the end my opinion is the 2350D is a perfect blower if it’s in good shape. The 5450 or the 2860 or whatever it is, if you can afford it (4 augers instead of 3 & side skid shoes that decrease wear on the blade) an want to pay the extra 2500-3500 on it. Do it. But know. The 2350D-C-A models are just as stout as those new blowers, an trying to up sale people on the newer versions just seem redundant.

The 2750 blower was in deeper snow that also had more freshly thrown snow on top. It also looked like you were moving a bit faster with the 2750. Even you admitted the snow conditions weren’t the same. It’s not a legitimate comparison when the conditions aren’t the same.

Would it be safe to assume a BX-2680 wouldn't bog down nearly as much as the BX-1880 doing this same job?

Some snow blower manufacturers actually test their snow blowers by pushing them into a huge body of water like a pond or similar...that puts an enormous load on the blower, engine, and everything in between. I've seen people hit snow drifts and packed snow banks with a snow blower, it'll chew through them pretty well, but snow blowers are way too slow for most clearing applications, a blade or snow pusher is a much better solution most of the time. Hard packed snow/drifts are where a blower is good.

@@wildbill23c lucky kubota blowers are solid plus blowers are great pumping water out of the yard if flooded and hla makes the greatest blades wich great for plowing snow or can even use the hla pushers for grading and bull dozing work wich cheaper then a $300,000 bull dozers plus nice wider swath cutting the dozing work less time and hours

I suggest hiring a speaker that doesn’t say “ahhhh” every sentence. Way too much talking about nothing informative. Please consider using a more professional video camera operator and post video audio editing & music.
