my heart melted the first time I heard Cricket meow. I would've caved and brought her home too. In fact that's sort of how I ended up with my 10 year old tortie. She was abandoned with a family member who was allergic and had big dogs that were not cat friendly and it was a dangerous environment for her. She was just a few months old and I remember the very first time she crawled onto my chest and started crying. She's been my best friend and baby ever since. I still can't believe its been 10 years. She's made my life better just by being in it. Taking care of her gave me a reason to get out of bed when I thought I didn't have one. Having someone genuinely excited to see me all the time, when I wake up, when I come home from visiting friends or the store, or even from just going to the laundry room....well you don't realize how much that stuff means until they're nuzzling your face and purring and kneading on your chest and giving you all the love they have in their tiny hearts.
God bless the woman and her two sons for bringing that poor defenseless kitten in to get help they could’ve easily just left it be but they didn’t we can safely say they are saints🥹❤️
Outstanding! How could you not fall in love with Cricket, she's so precious! She'll be loved and extremely well taken care of now! All of you doctors' are absolutely amazing! Thank you for helping all those kitties! ❤❤❤
Oh shame Chris so nice you took little cricket in im sure she was grateful to have forever home such a sweet little one and so loving cricket got a good new home plus owner
OMC! I remember George! He was dumped in the ocean, trapped inside his cat carrier! The owner was trying some kind of Viking euthanizing ritual to get rid of the poor cat! Happily, Chris saved George! I feel that maybe Cricket is a reincarnation of George! George, has grayish-black fur w/more white on the right side of face & completely grayish-black on the left. Light green-yellowish eyes. & white front right leg with a grayish-black smudge near the paw & the left leg is grayish-black. Cricket, has black fur, the face has a full black mask, same light green-yellowish eyes & has both white front legs! They could be brothers! RIP George! ❤️🔥
Chris you did an amazing job on Cricket. Thank you for adopting her. She is so cute and playful. Scott you did an amazing job on that beautiful cat. Congrats on your 25th anniversary as an Vet. Thank God for the Guardian Angel's charity to take these kittens in. Thanks Scott for taking care of these kittens. Great job. Chris you were amazing with the little black kitten. Those boys were glad to see the kitten again. Great job.
What a truly delightful and beautiful little being. I don’t know the story behind her being dumped (they could have left water) but perhaps the person who did was doing their best at the time. The toys and blanket are testament to that. Thanks to the wonderful boys and their mum ❤love to the kitten and thanks to the kindly vet 😻😻😻😻
Glad Cricket got adopted by Dr Chris. He did awesome job on Cricket. Dr. Scott did awesome job on two kittens. Hope two kittens get adopted together. Last one, two grandkids are happy that their grandma got to keep the kitten that was rescued. Good to see Dr Chris and Nurse Neil. I wonder what they are doing now.
Oh, Sherpa, I wish I discovered you earlier. Jamie, thank you so much for reloading these videos. He reminds me so much of my late husky, Chewie. She was also quite the conversationalist. Wishing you all the best. Know we're all supporting you in this sad time.
I wish he was my Vet here by me♥️ he's very specially skilled. Most Vets aren't skilled enough. They keep referring them to other so caled specialists.
I love the name Cricket! Years ago I adopted a cockatiel as a youngster and when it chirped it sounded so much like a live cricket so I named the bird Kricket! ❤❤❤❤
God bless you. If ever in the dark hours you need anything I am absolutely confident that if you raise your eyes the skyward it will be granted you. Thank you Dr Chris I wish I could help and contribute but for now only my best wishes and thanks for your kindness and your skill. Please be safe and thank you again for being a great humanitarian. Worthy of a medal but only in receipt of my things. Please be safe. Doc.
Lovely that Dr Chris chose to adopt Cricket! But the place needs to be 'catified' first, otherwise expect scratched furniture especially with this cute wild one lol 😉🐈⬛
My BoBo is getting old now that this times I wants to have home with him a5 Canada until to ends of his life’s journey. I wouldn’t left him again until he is ready to go then I will getting peoples looking after him while my short trips but I won’t takes the long trips as this times to separated with him is really painful insides of us. I do love BoBo so dearly 🐾🐾❤🐾🐾❤🐾🐾❤🐾🐾❤🐾🐾❤🐾🐾❤
Those Tuxedos are too naughty to be in bad health for long. I though I wouldn't make by the time mine grew up. He was 15 months old before he stated to act like a normal cat.
I feel that of feeling like you dont want to replace Jorge. My cat is getting old now, and I know his time is coming yet ive never lived without cats and I know ill want to get another cat once he is gone. No one will ever be able to replace him, but they can help me cope with him being gone and with his passing I will be able to offer a home for another cat
You don’t give up on a baby because they have a hurt leg or anything else. That’s saying something about you. If it was a family member you wouldn’t do that. These babies are family members.
Yo i need help with a lil something! My orange cat has a little bulge on her throat its like a marble shaped one and she can barely let out a meow with actual sound, any speculations on what it could be?
@@MeganWhamGMfan From 7NEWS: Yet, he still finds time to do what he truly loves: working as a vet in the Bondi Junction Veterinary Hospital, surfing, playing guitar and spending time with his dog Buzz and cat Cricket. Didn't stop being a vet, just has a new show he's working on
@@genevieveparismusic It can be really high stress. Between the stress of the actual work (lots of sad stories where there's nothing you can do to save an animal), and dealing with horrible pet owners. So much awful stuff is legally allowed to happen to animals, and so many animals are abandoned, at birth, or at their time of need when injured/ill. And there's nothing you can do about it. You can only watch as people make awful decisions about their pet that hurts the animal. Running a vet practice is extremely expensive too. I understand always wanting to help animals, but I can totally understand why someone would end up quitting, especially after years of being one.
Yo digo ebincisto que no vale la pena gastar un centavo en un gato a lo mucho meterlo a una bolsa bien sellada y enterrarlo en en parque o jardín y ya más que suficiente

I want a video of every time we get to see cricket! I’m fully invested😅
I had a feeling Dr. Chris might adopt her - seems quite smitten with her survivalist personality.
Cricket you are a tough little girl. She is really a great girl. Exactly yeah.
Good for you Chris, for adopting Cricket. She is adorable.
Thank you so much to Yvonne and family for rushing her to the vet. Such a sweet kitten.
Cricket had a hard start but she couldn't have a better owner than Chris.
The level of precision of that second surgery…Dr Scott is indeed a wonderful vet
Aww poor baby, you got to be pretty heartless to abandon this kitten. Thank you Dr. Chris for saving her. ❤

Wow that's sick to do to an animal. I can't imagine the mind set of a person like that.
Dr. Scott is no less, but an angel!
You should be very proud. You will always have it. You are one of the best vets I know. Thank you for all you do for our furbabies.

I'm curious as to why the 2 kittens weren't referred to an ophthalmologist
Im sorry about your cat
