    Welcome back to another video, guys! And, happy Saturday! Today, we will show you how to make popular Korean street food dishes using rice paper. Recently, it has been a trend to make Korean rice cakes out of rolled rice paper, and we're so excited to show you guys how! We will be taking it a step further by showing you 2 ways to use this ingredient to make delicious korean street food dishes, first as tteokbokki skewers and second as tteokbokki!     Rice paper Tteokboki
    12 sheets rice paper
    3 cheese slices
    2 sheets of fish cake
    2 green onion
    1 Tbsp red pepper paste
    2 Tbsp finely ground red pepper
    1 Tbsp soy sauce
    2 Tbsp sugar
    500mL water
    Directions:
    1. Prepare a bowl of hot water. Wet a sheet of rice paper and lay out.
    2. Wet another sheet of rice paper and lay on top of the first sheet. Give time to stick to each other.
    3. Roll the rice paper and cut into thirds. Set aside.
    4. For the cheese filled rice paper rice cakes, cut cheese slice into thirds and place onto the 2nd sheet of rice paper with even spaces between. Roll and cut as directed.
    5. Prepare your wood skewers by soaking them in water.
    6. Alternate sausage and rice cakes onto the skewers and set aside.
    7. Add ketchup, sugar, corn syrup, gochujang, water, black pepper, and sesame seeds to a small bowl. Mix well until well combined. Set aside.
    8. In a small pan, add a bit of oil on medium heat. Add the skewers and pan fry until slightly browned and crispy.
    9. Brush on some marinade to each of the skewers. After about a minute, flip and brush on some more of the marinade to the other side for another minute or so.
    10. When ready, plate and enjoy!
    Rice Paper “Rice Cake” SKEWERS
    4 sheets of rice paper
    1 cheese slice
    6 sausage
    1 tsp sesame seeds
    Pinch of black pepper
    1 Tbsp water
    1 tsp garlic
    1 Tbsp gochujang
    1 Tbsp corn syrup
    1 Tbsp Sugar
    1 Tbsp ketchup
    Directions:
    1. Prepare a bowl of hot water. Wet a sheet of rice paper and lay out.
    2. Wet another sheet of rice paper and lay on top of the first sheet. Give time to stick to each other.
    3. Roll the rice paper and cut into thirds. Set aside.
    4. For the cheese filled rice paper rice cakes, cut cheese slice into thirds and place onto the 2nd sheet of rice paper with even spaces between. Roll and cut as directed.
    5. In a medium pan, add water and put on medium heat.
    6. Chop up green onions and fish cakes and set aside.
    7. To the pan, add sugar, soy sauce, finely ground hot pepper, and gochujang. Stir until well combined.
    8. Add fish cakes and green onion to the pan once pan comes to a boil.
    9. After a few minutes, add rice cakes one by one to make sure it doesn’t stick to one another and cook for a few minutes.
    10. Plate, garnish with green onions, and enjoy!
