True. Watched lots of chapters and as I learn more something stands out: "you are not listening", and its a common denominator among lots of business owners (and even inside relationships). Water might be better than mud, but because I didn't say it my pride blocks me to listen to your ideas of using water, that's power struggle talking, not reason. Improving for the sake of the team and the goal doesn't seem the priority, that's really sad, those end up hurting the people who are... were... willing to help.
