    I am Nigerian. There a reason i respect Paul Kagame because he is very matured and articulate in the way he engages.
    African countries DON'T NEED AID.
    We want investment, where it will be a win win for both sides.

    • @hikidunm1582
      @hikidunm1582 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +26

      It depends on the country. Many head of States in the continent cannot argue a case the way Kagame does then you look at the scandals in Abuja under the new government, will you invest?
      If corruption can be reduced by 85% in Nigeria, the country will be made up within a decade.

    • @shotelco
      @shotelco 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      But Investment from where? Just like "Aid", Investment may come with strings attached in one form or another. I suggest "we" stop asking (begging?) for Aid and investment, and simply _Offer_ *Trade.* Trade of finished goods (not raw materials and base resources) and intellectual services. If Trade is the REQUIREMENT, and if an African nation has a value that is wanted/needed, then "Investment becomes part of the "Trade" deal. Also, there must be a focus on two-way trading: If an African nation has a valuable resource like copper for example, and *needs* technical training, then the negotiation would be a direct trade for the copper AND the mining/refining facilities to extract and refine the copper in exchange for - NOT for currency - but for an agreement that the trading partner will facilitate training expert services.
      This is the new world commerce equation. Iran just traded oil to China in direct exchange for a new airport! No currency changes hands. Iran trades $2 Billon worth of oil, and China builds $2 Billion worth of airport.

The Bongos, West Puppets have ruled Gabon for yrs, as have many other African Puppet Leaders! Bazoum, a Western Puppet, they want him Reinstated in Niger! As a white South African, I just love love all your content and President Kagama never fails to put the condicending West in its place and help in opening the eyes of the West and Africa to the truth. They need the wealth under the soil of Africa more than Africa needs their so called aid. Game up for them stealing the weath from this continent and keeping people dependent on their aid that president Kagalie so wisely put. As a colonist and my roots in this continent, their are some of us that did and still does believe in the lie we have been fed for generations; but hopefully more and more like minded people will wake up and see things for what it was and still persists today. I love your content and thank you for choosing content that is relevant to Africa and for the West that keeps on trying to fool us and engaging with our leaders in a condisending way🫣

    I've been to Rwanda few times, and many other African countries (South African myself), and I enjoy Kagame. I think it might be a bit of an authoritarian, but that is needed for a few generations to hamper some cultural elements that are not favourable, but still promotes freedom. What I LOVE LOVE LOVE about Kagame, and this can be clearly seen in how Rwanda's economy and country structure and infrastructure is growing, compared to my country, South Africa. Both countries went through a big event in 94. South Africa sadly, took a down turn in 2010, Rwanda kept on their path of growth, freedom, and growing a business environment that fosters a country of self sufficiency.
    Our ruling party for the past 15 years has been rotted to the core and aiming for a country reliant on aid and loans from international entities, money that can and HAS BEEN stolen whilst the citizens, especially the poor get poorer.
