The police have devices that can use gps to find where the call is calling from. I believe it's fake though because everything about the "call" was weird.

You know what's even scarier? Some towns are small/poor enough that they can't pay law enforcement to work on the weekends, so if you call 911 on the weekend, you get the operator, but they have no police officers to send. You basically get someone to try and calm you down while whatever happens to you happens.

Aww I feel bad for poor Nicky..He saw his brother dead(No Sarcasm)..I feel him because I saw one of my friends committ suicide...I was walking out of school and then I saw him on the roof..I was screaming and shouting,everyone e was casually walking home but as soon as I started to scream everyone and everything started to rush,in my head..Next thing I knew I was sobbing beside him, blood everywhere and everyone was freaking out but then someone(Teacher) called the police, Literally! Normal day and then everyone rushing around, teachers everywhere,loud,police,bloody..And I was the first one to see it happen, worst day of my life, seriously.. He was actually really close because on that day he asked to go on a date with me, he was a nice guy, I don't know what made him committ because he was popular and was loved my everyone...

If I was on the phone with the Ruth lady and I heard her screams, I would go mental. The screams would haunt me forever.
