According to the seller, they need resistors if you use them in the front and the back at the same time and your video only shows the rear turn signal installation.
Warning: Replace EITHER the front or the rear turn signal bulbs, but you can't replace both, otherwise you will still get hyper flash. This is what the website says!!!!!!
So if you use bulbs without the built in resistors and replace the front and back turn signals, will they both hyper flash or will they flash at a normal rate?
Dwayne Is If you get led bulbs and install them 9 times out of 10 you will get hyper flash. You could splice in resistors but the easiest way to negate hyperflash is to replace your flasher relay with one made for leds. It’s basically a giant smart fuse, typically found under your dash or under the hood. It’s the thing that makes the clicking sound when your flashers are on, so if you turn on your hazards and follow the sound you should be able to find it. You can usually find them at auto parts stores for pretty cheap. Only downside is if your led burns up or has a malfunction, you will NOT hyperflash to be notified you have a light out.
Great video. I followed your advice and purchased a set for my rear flashers. Wow they are bright indeed much better than the stock bulbs. I hope no one complains that they are blinding them and if so then don't drive so close to me.
@KLEANTRIX - PLEASE REPLY ME TO THIS : there is a warning in the link given that we should only replace these Leds with front stock bulbs or rear stock bulbs, we can either replace rear only or front only and we should not use them more then 8 mins or else it can cause problem. PLEASE advise if u r still using them and you didnt have any problem
@KLEANTRIX I ordered a set of these for my LS 430 and installed them in front/rear turn signals. All 4 corners and got hyper flash. These are not error free CAN BUS bulbs. They are very bright and visible night/day. Called the company and they said I need resistors. These are not actually what they claim to be.
Just read the information and it states "You CAN'T use it for constant light up such as driving lights, daytime running lights" but for on and off it's ok. These are not good for a Silverado front turn signal which are on at night.
there is a warning in the link given that we should only replace these Leds with front stock bulbs or rear stock bulbs, we can either replace rear only or front only and we should not use them more then 8 mins or else it can cause problem.
KLEANTRIX, Can you update your links above? Most of em are outdated and do not show anything, keep up the great videos. I bought a few bulbs based on your recommendation
The warning said you cannot use it for over 8 minutes long? So, if you have to put on a flasher during an emergency for longer than several minutes, you cannot use these bulbs for that application, I suppose?
Andrés Ignacio I have front and rear with led, if turn on the warning lights (triangle), there isn't hyperflash, but, when I use them as turn lights (left or right) there's hyperflash, I'm afraid of using resistors, they got hot and don't know if will damage the nearby plastic pieces ,🤔. I have a Suzuki Ignis 2017.
there is a resistor inside, which hearts up the whole bulb, the lifetime of that bulb is way less than the one with the external resistor, and they don't suddenly due, they keep dining overt time. good luck with that
I appreciate your videos, I ordered these off of Amazon for my 2013 lexus es300h rear turn signals and I have to say, they are incredible! I had the Vled platinum bulbs and I thought they were awesome until I put these in. The best part is I got rid of the stupid resistors I had in the rear turn signals. The light output is amazing honestly. They work perfect with no resistors. I ordered them just for the rear to see if they would work without the resistors and they work perfectly, so I ordered the fronts so my car will be resistor free and the Leds will be extremely bright. Also the amber color is a factory yellow color. They match the mirror Leds from the factory. Thanks for your recommendation!
Sean Mangubat to be honest I was going to but I installed them in the rear and was showing them off with the hazards running and one of them burned out and turned the whole right side of my hazards off. I thought it tripped the fuse in my car but apparently the car did it for safety. I only had them installed in the rear blinkers but it turned off the front right side too for safety. It had nothing to do with the bulbs being safe it was my car. I went to check the bulb to see what happened. It was super hot! Like super hot. I waited for it to cool down but it wouldn't turn back on. So I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me out two new ones. I still have them in the rear but won't put them in the front because if there ever was an emergency and all of the sudden they all 4 went out I'd be screwed.... I keep two regular bulb spares in my spare tire area in case an emergency happened. So all in all I don't trust them... But I like the fact that you don't have to have resistors.... I hope that helps answer your question.
Yeah, thanks for your quick response! Tried replacing the front and rear on my 2014 IS250 today and it hyper flashed. Took out the LEDs and put back the incandescents on the front and left the rear with LED; that it seemed to fix the hyper flashing issue. But after reading about your experience, I'll definitely make sure I have regular spares in my car.
Hi BigWaveDave, is that correct to assume that you can't really use these ( LED bulbs without resistors ) on all 4 turn lights and rely on it to be working for long durations?
Bill Harris It clearly states that these bulbs are NOT designed to be constant-on. While perfect for this particular vehicle most cars and trucks have combined function lights, like brake turn and running lights.
I had my hazards on for a while, then the signal function of my car stopped working for about an hour. Turns out a bulb began to overheat and caused a short in the system to prevent worse overheating. The bulbs all work again, though one of them is a bit dimmer than the rest. I emailed LUYED and they sent out a replacement, so no complaints from me.
Do these fit in the slot ? Some reviews on Amazon say the bulb is to long, so the bulb won't be able to lock in place but then again the reviewer didn't say to what car it was installed to. Just want to verify before I buy them. Thanks.
Thanks Buddy... Good video... I actually ordered a LED relay, and that should solve the resistor issue, but these are super sweet.. Plug and play... Love it.
After watched your video, I went ahead and got a set 7443s; yes, they are indeed "ultra BRIGHT", crisp, no hyper flash and I love them. Thank you! I hope Luyed will make duel intensity version, so I can install for the front as Parking and Turn-Signal.... Do you happen to know any is available?
I have these in my 2017 accord and they start to hyperflash after flashing normally for about 2 minutes. So if you are at a real long light, they will start to hyperflash after flashing for a while but they do not hyperflash right away. They are the brightest LED flash lamps I have seen.
i have a 2015 f350 and want to get a set of these for my front turn signals. I already purchased the reverse lights that you recommended great lights . my bulbs is 3157 , can you show me the link . thanks
I wonder if they will work with my sequential tail lights. I have a sequence harness hooked up in my 2010 camaro which was awesome and I thought led would step it up even more. Then I installed the led bulbs (which required resistors) and my sequential mod quit working.. any suggestions?
hey buddy i have a 07 nissan altima 2.5s i want to upgrade what should i use? i even upgrade my mirrors driver n passenger side to turn signal what do you recommend ?
Great video. Been looking for these LED bulbs for my Mercedes but can't find them. I clicked on your link but it's not responding. Do you have a part number , etc that you can list ? Best Regards
Like the resistorless LED bulbs! No hassle with resistors! Great brightness too. Unfortunately i already have my indicators with LED bulbs and resistors installed om my E46 but will look at these bulbs for future install.
Hey Kleantrix have you tried the Luyed 1156 bulb type with the built in resistors for the front turn signals? I just bought a pair after seeing they exist in the 1156 bulb. I will let you know how they work.
There are 2 types of Led turn Signals Polarity and Non Polarity if you use a polarity led bulb in some cases they may blow a Fuse if you put the led bulb in backwards, but if you use a non polarity the led bulbs will not blow a fuse, this is how a polarity led bulb works - + only. and a non polarity works as -- + or + -- you can put the bulb in either way .
Hi KLEANTRIX, Tried to find the same LEDs you istalled on your Honda Accord since my daughter has same vehicle as yours. No luck finding them. They have ones look the same but different not 7440A.
I bought the exact LED's for my car and I installed them front and rear (turn signals) and I being getting the hyperflashing since then and it's been driving me nuts every time I hit the turn signals.
You need a resistor for your voice. A bit too loud
Fabian Melendrez LoL I get better in my later videos.
LOL
Lmfao u hella mean 😂. Hes just chipper
BRUH
can find them on Amazon
Wish he would speak up. Can hardly hear him.
Lol that sarcasm 😂
Sounds like my drill sgts lol
Holy crap, the video started and scared the crap out of me.
🤡🤛👺🤛👊🤬🙏 It’s holy God you idiot holy church holy bible holy God 👊🤬🙏
Mine dont hyper flash when the emergency flashers are on either. Can you post a video of just using your turn signal.
That's exactly what I I thought. Please post a video of the actual turn signal working.
Just wanted to give you a big THANKS! I own a 2013 Honda Accord and all these LED/HID mods you make videos on look great on my car.
Word! I love how theres a youtuber w the same exact car as mine with the same interests
Please don't scream so loud while recording!
It's very annoying!
You're like an Indian Billy from Oxiclean...
MotoJB 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Lol
I'll bet the resistors are built in to the base
My thoughts too....
There are some current-limiting resistors, but it's mostly because this lamp has so many LED chips that it doesn't need external resistors.
@@logikgr You're joking don't you...

@@PyroAficionado Thank you, I'll try the relay.
Just got these bulbs in for my car. As Kleantrix described, NO resistors, and super bright... thanks for the vid

I'm ordering these tonight, I've changed every bulb on my 2001 Lexus is300 except the turn signals. Thanks for the video
Just got these bulbs today and are installed already. Are my first bulbs upgrade and looks awesome!
Thanks for these video, was very helpful.
+Denis Deza No problem! Glad you liked it
Great video. I followed your advice and purchased a set for my rear flashers. Wow they are bright indeed much better than the stock bulbs. I hope no one complains that they are blinding them and if so then don't drive so close to me.
I just installed these lights on my 06 civic and they're really nice. If you have any questions just ask.
Just installed these in my 2003 Lexus ES300 and I love them, I think I'll switch out the front bulbs next.
im afraid someone behind me might say ahhh yellow and floor the gas pedal instead of the brake
Georgia Yankee lmao You can't fix stupid
lol
true dat!
That would be MY wife!

Does it fits 2010 xle Camry ?
Thanks from Australia.
Fitted these to the rear of my Ford FG Falcon.
No errors and didn't need series resistors like previous Amber LED bulbs I had.
Why are you yelling!!? lol
lol
He yells in all of his videos I don't get it.
He is trying to get everyone excited.. about what?? light bulbs... seriously
Lol
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Do you use the front signals with no resistors as well?
Do you need a resistor for the front turn signal light bulbs?
nice... do they have it in red?

pklemm1 they actually make something called switchback bulbs for that. So you can they are just more expensive
think son

do they make switchbacks?
these leds are no longer available. Do you have anything else in place of these leds that you would suggest?
