This video popped up again in my feed. I must say that I have these in 3 years now with no real issues. Only thing is that if you leave them on too long, they start to hyper flash. On a hot day, I give them 5-8 minutes to start hyper flash. On cold days or at nights, about 8 to 10 minutes. Otherwise, good to go. Super bright!

These already have built-in resistor, so that's why you don't need resistor. However, there's no point using resistor because it makes the LED uses the same amount of power like the incandescent bulbs. I would rather use flush relay, but that may not be available for all vehicles.

    • @rasta432183

    • @crapcopter
      @crapcopter 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

The resistor increases resistance, which is how the car measures if a bulb is blown. leds have low resistance, which is why it triggers fast flashing. it does not touch the amount of power. Hope this helps!

Finally some bright LEDs. Those of us that have chrome turn signals know that it is very hard for others to see in the daylight. Such as this vehicle Shown there’s no difference at all with amber lights in the sunlight. Been looking for some LEDs with built in resistors😎 also that generation of the Honda Accord is so much better looking than the generation they have out now. That Back end has that expensive look to it and those LED lights make it look so much refined😎

I received these yesterday in the mail. I ordered right after watching this video. Good build quality. However, in my 2014 Lexus IS 350, the socket/harness connection is extremely loose. There is no way I can get it to stay in. It just slides right out. I had to come up with some creative way of getting it to stay in. If it falls out within the next week, I am returning them. Other than that, they look awesome. Very crisp and bright.

Hey @kleantrix, glad you are back. I have a tough one for you, i got a chevrolet trax 2020 and i wanted to put led all over the car but i read in the user’s manual that electrical issue may occur if i install aftermarket led bulbs.... what do you think?

You are actually in luck, these will work for both your front and back. I think the bulb will be fine, however make sure you don't short anything.

I see that you recently added a new link for different bulbs - amzn.to/2ZB3X17
      lbs
These look great, but how good are the cooling properties?
The bulbs in the video have big heat sinks. The ones in the new link don't appear to have the same cooling properties. Many other bulbs with built-in resistance (but w/o heat sinks/fans) tend to not hyper-flash at first, then start hyper-flashing after they heat up from frequent use.
My bet is that the ones in the new link will not perform as well as the ones in the video in terms of how long they can maintain their non-hyper-flashness.
Please let us know what you think!

  • @r0b3z97

Ordered these for my 10' FX35/QX70 and Installed them on the front blinkers. As of now they've worked decently like they should and no issues.. Bright asf too haha "knock on wood" So I'm gonna attempt and install a second pair for the rear blinkers.
I've previously installed some front and back but were the yellow plastic base kind from ebay.. They only hyper flashed if the suv was not running. Problem was that they only lasted like a month and half.. Idk if the chicago winter had to do with or cuz they were just cheap.. About 7.99 a pair.

Can I put this on my Honda Accord Sport 2017? How much are they? Do you have the ones for the front turn signal lights? I saw there is ones for the front ones that stay white bright but when you activate the turn signals, they turn amber. Do you have those by chance?
I look forward to hearing from you.
