It wasnt intentional but on my second run of the game everyone went down except dark shart in the first round against murky and I solod him with darkness and guiding bolt, it took forever but i managed it.
This is great, the self-same trial version of you going nuts with action surge and manouvers especially. Did it try to use 3rd/4th level spells on you?
@@redditshorts4u679 Can't answer you, because for some reason YT is automatically removing my full comment so in short- in majority of cases high level class features are better than getting more low level ones. Getting 2 sets of some low-level good-to-haves from your own class and some other one, is just weaker than sticking to one class and getting those high level features. Also more feats. The only exceptions I can agree to are split-level multiclasses like Sorcadin, EK-Wizard, or Gloomstalker-Assassin.
@@IndependentObserver multiclass builds are always stronger than a singleclass variant if i was told to build the strongest possible build with 12 levels i for sure wouldnt be doing a straight 12 levels in one class. the multiclass variant would always have more utility or have more dps or whatever your aiming for
@@redditshorts4u679 1. You asked me for my opinion- that's the opinion, take it or leave it. 2. I disagree. This may be true for being a selfish min-maxing guy at a DnD table, it isn't for BG3. For a very simple reason- You're not making A 12 level build, you're making FOUR 12 level builds. Unless you seriously fucked up somewhere, a 4 person party should cover ALL bases, have ALL the utility you'd ever need, by the virtue of having 4 characters that do different things, and have access to different skills and spells that compliment, and combo with, each other. And in THAT scenario, Specialisation is what you want for your party members. No low level good-to-have can compare to turning all your weapon attacks into no-friendly-fire-fireballs for free, or getting 5 different (all strong) buffs in 2 levels (11, and 12, for warlock) And again- I already told you I believe in some exceptions- for example some 'split-level' multiclasses that allow you to do *A thing* better than without the multiclass- in my original comment that YT was removing for some reason, I went a bit deeper into it, but those multiclasses are: Sorcadin, Bardadin, EK-Wizard, (6/6 in all 3 cases, there's a reason 2 of those multiclasses have their own DnD-given name) Gloomstalker-Assassin, (5/7) and Open Hand Monk-Thief (9/3 because that one extra bonus action is worth more than all monk stuff you get at levels 10, 11, and 12)
@@redditshorts4u679 And again, YT is being a bitch and hiding/removing my comments, I don't care enough to talk to you to put up with this shit, so again in short and this time for the last time- 1. You asked me for my opinion- that's the opinion, take it or leave it. 2. You're not making A 12 level build, you're making FOUR 12 level builds. 4 characters can absolutely specialise in doing 1-2 things *The best they can* each, and still have all the utility you will need. Not being able to achieve that is a skill issue, not a mono-class build issue.
Kind of. Some fights are impossible to talk your way out of, but if you wanted to do an all persuasion run (doing all the checks that skip fights) and just have tav not attack and just buff that’s totally possible as well. Especially on a bard since they’re really good at giving buff spells.
Jack coming in as a Selunite Cleric and leaving in Sharran Dark Justiciar armour is about the most on-brand exit I could think of
He…didn’t take eldritch blast? It’s…unheard of! ITS IMPOSSIBLE!
the raealization that the clone is level 7 in EVERYTHING is horrifying
Accidentally created the strongest character in the game
Hell yeah, thought you had given up on this one, glad i was wrong.
Just got stuck on Myrkul lol, Holidays didnt help, hopefully should be easier from here on.
@@PheeonOn my run everything on jack of all trades felt that way😂 It was a awesome video man, hope you're doing well, happy new year!
Ah yes, the Selune Sleeper Agent that just didnt activate in time.

Good luck for act 3 cant wait!
This part 2 was fire, i'm very curious on how you'll handle some of act 3 fights, but congrats on succeeding with myrkul :)
so happy to see this drop!!
I love these videos!

Luckily for me he started the fight by raging, Barbarian level saved me lol. I'm sure I would've gotten destroyed by fireballs otherwise
Normally I'm very anti multiclassing. But this, this is a very welcome exception. honestly might make that run myself.
why are you anti´multiclass

If it makes you feel better, I played through a 400 hour playthrough and didn’t get quickened spell the entire game 😂
OH MY GOD FINALLY, HOW DID I MISS THIS
Jack just laying in bed was hilarious!
Christ bless you, LETS GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
Looking forward to act 3

Is it possible to do an only persuasion playthrough? Like Tav does zero fighting while everyone else fights?

Me realizing that you can lift yhe curse because i completely missed thalin in my first playthrough
I kissed him for a while too! It was only when the game was really disappointed that I didn't lift it that I thought about it.
