Man, if you need a hand, let me know. I'd just remove the exhaust it I was you it's going to be completely redone anyway.
As far as the ac delete plate goes I can weld up the holes and weld it in. Or you can check with Zach when you drop your parts off to powder coat, I know the has a bead roller and might be able to put some designs in before installing it.

where does the ground strap on the firewall usually connect to? The white colored ground strap thats hangin on the firewall.
