I put easy a hundred grand over the years on my cars ,all I know is the cars are still there the next day waiting for me, and I love the reaction I get from a five year old kid to a 80 year old woman who remembers these cars everywhere, it’s fun to see them give me thumbs up , waves and smiles,and I too don’t need to be reminded of not getting my money back,period!

You want to make sure you put some good super lubricant in the mechanism of that glove box lock they can get stuck. Use at 205 reseal in the engine and transmission something like every 50,000 me or something look it up and be sure to use ceramic Lube in both the engine and transmission as well. If you are able it would be wise to have some rear wheel wells made to keep the dirt and salt or whatever out of your back areas where it rusts and of course you probably know about frame notching to put wider wheels on the back.

You need a starter heat shield on these cars even if you have to make one. You can end up in a situation where when you turn the car off you have to wait 45 minutes cuz when you turn the key it doesn't do anything. Sweet Project Cars is one of the best channels on TH-cam for knowing some of the best ways to take care of cars. Seriously if you want to make this car amazing get the door handles off of a modern Camaro and the mirrors too and swap those in and you'll be amazed how modern and awesome it looks.
