Im having this issue. My car would not crank so I went to dealer and got another key. The key and csr worked fine. Didnt drive it for a few days drove it this morning to the store and when I came out the store the car would not start or crank. Do I need to bypass vats or do I need and igntion lock cylinder ?

Looks like me cleaning/prepping these heads and block. All fucking aluminum so i said fuck it and used aircraft paint remover to get rid of the most of it, especially the head surface then wire wheeled the intake, exhaust and chambers. Shit sucks
