Thank you for sharing this. We can “think” we don’t have time when, in reality, we’ve filled our time with other “things” leaving no room for God’s will. A lesson God teaches me over and over is that “just because something is good, does not mean it is good FOR ME”. Social media is a big challenge. There are good things, but- too much of even good things can still be too much.

There are two Jewish traditions that I've adopted. One is the fact that many pray three times a day - morning, afternoon, and night. The second is the fact that every month, they read through the Psalms, all of them. Each day, I aim to pray the Psalms, setting aside three times a day to sit down and pray and pray the Psalms. Sometimes, it is just five minutes before I need to get up and do other things, and other times, I can spend a few hours studying. But three times a day, I try and pause, center my heart, and pray. Every day is not perfect, there are times when I don't, but that is my heart's goal and intention above all else every day.

Thank you for the reminder, Kelsey. I will be adding the verses about scripture to the front of my bible. Philippians 2 is always a good reminder for me as well:)

Thank you for your boldness! The world needs more of this! Also including the scripture. God bless you, my sister in Christ! 🩷🌸

The green lushness of the early summer trees fully leafed out ,alongside spring flowers blooming into their full beauty is a perfect backdrop of God’s glory as you read His Word.
Also your children exploring His creation as they walk down the country dirt road is a perfect metaphor for our walk as children with Him. He wants to offer us a richer, deeper walk with Him but we have to do our part and spend the time with Him in His Word.
Thank you for sharing this video with us.

The "shine like stars" scripture (that whole chapter) I had to memorize in 5th grade at the Christian school I attended, and that verse in particular was our "class verse" which has become a staple to me as I go through my adult years. The idea of shining like stars for the Lord really speaks volumes. I always smile when I hear it declared. It is so good. Loved your video, message, and imagery.

Kelsey, thank you for a great question.
Well, my biggest problem of not putting God in priority is doubt.
Sometimes I think that of the twelve apostles, I am most like Thomas. But Jesus is so patient with me, and I can't even imagine how big is His love 🥹

    Hi, Kelsey!😊
I am guilty of spiritual laziness... In many ways...😓 But because God loves us so much, He rebukes us (Hebrews 12:6), so that we can change and grow.
Can I please ask you to pray for my hubby? Three months ago he was finally called for a kidney transplant and is now recovering, but the doctors (that seem to not believe in God, unfortunatelly), are making him do a treatment to prevent that the disease that "killed" his kidneys, does the same to this one.
He is doing the treatment, but it is very hard for him, both phisically and psychologically.
    Have a blessed weekend!❤🙏
    Paula

There is no Proverbs 35. What verse did you mean?
    Edit: I see. Proverbs 30 verse 5. 😊

@@faithfulacresfarmhouse I was reading the transcript. They got it wrong. I looked up what you said the verse said, and found it. Sometimes the transcripts can be really bad.
